Great staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It's great that it offers parking - separate payment though. We loved the location.

Most of staff was passively rude. The bath floor mat was wet (guessing used) the comp. shampoo and liquid soap was mostly gone (used). Water was shut off for hours and when it was turned back on the water from tap and shower was filthy for quite some time. Old and run down facility.

The staff was outstanding! Every single person was very helpful and accommodating. We were very unfamiliar with the area. The staff had wonderful suggestions for where to eat and and made sure we knew how to get around Boston. The hotel itself was a outdated. The air conditioner didn't work very well. The price was great for the location. Many great restaurants and shopping around the hotel.

The pool is seasonal. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage up, not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The walls were paper thin, I could hear conversations, people peeing, any water usage clear as a bell. No fridge or pay per view. The Wifi was terrible and of course I had no cell signal in the building. Our room had one small window overlooking public alley 404.
