The shower in our room had no curtain. it was so messy to shower. When I told the front desk, the staff asked what could they do to compensate and she will talk to the supervise but nothing ever happened.

Perfect location, near the shops at the Prudential Center and Symphony Hall. Receptionist was very warm and helpful. Love having coffeemaker and refrigerator in room, and free continental breakfast.

Great location - couple blocks from Newberry street with shopping and restaurants. Hotel itself is oddly designed and shaped, low ceilings, long hallways. Picked it due to location and free breakfast. The free breakfast wasn’t much - coffee, orange juice containers and wrapped pastry - so not best choice for that.

Very clean, accommodating and spacious room. Off street, covered parking garage was key during the Blizzard of 2026. Cozy fireplace in the lobby. Only thing missing was a little microwave to reheat leftovers.

The reviews of this property were great, so I was excited to book it. Upon arrival I had to fill out what looked like a scrap piece of paper with my info. Then after finding my room down the very narrow and dimly lit hallway, I found my door latch was broken. The tv didn't work. The wifi didn't work. I had no cell reception. I felt like I was in a movie about to get kidnpped. I went downstairs after about 10 min in the room to give my key back and let them know I would not be staying, and to please not charge me for the door latch. There was nobody at the front desk, and the front door was wide open. I am very easy going, but this was too much for me. They also refused a refund for the two nights. I would rather sleep in my car then use this hotel.
