When I left the taxi driver did not leave me my second bag with iPad n Smartphone. The concierge work with the taxi firm & the state police to reunite me with the offending bag

Location was really great! It was in the heart of the main attractions. Getting to your rooms is a little inconvenient. A ramp down, and then two elevators to get to the rooms. Walls are thin so unfortunately the neighbor speaking loudly kept us up. at 1:30

The hotel has a rate for "high floors." I booked a room at "high floors" hoping to get a good view. When I checked in, they gave me floor 9. Lobby was at floor 4. Gym was at floor 6. Floor 9 is not exactly high floor. I was with a group of 4 other rooms. None of them had paid for high floors yet they all had higher floors (18, 17, and floor 11) When I enquired about the rate, they said they didn't have any more rooms. They moved me to floor 11. Very disappointed that they did not honour the rate that I had paid for. Don't waste your money paying for high floors. Hotel is decent. Service is acceptable, not exceptional.

Was running the sink and the bathtub backed up. After 3 hours, maintenance shows and can’t fix it. Gave us a different room. Didn’t offer a free night, meal, etc. because we used a 3rd party site to book (hotels.com). Staff was overall friendly but that still p’d me off
