Quiet residential area with parking, close to the center of Villasimius (1500 meters) and the beach (Is Traias - see photo) below 300 meters.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen
Ein mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen, in dem jeder Winkel geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgenutzt wurde. Wenn man größere Menus zubereiten will, könnte es in der Küche ein wenig eng werden. Aber wer will das schon im Urlaub??? Hervorzuheben ist noch die besondere Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung und des gesamten Inventars.

La casa si presenta perfetta e pulita. Dotata di ogni confort, non manca nulla . Abbiamo trovato : Gentilezza della proprietaria, ed una vista mare eccelsa. E' presente un patio ed il Giardino privato per trascorrere le cene ..ed i momenti di relax . Una doccia esterna comoda x il rientro dalla spiaggia, ed una zona lavatrice / stendino.all ultimo piano . La cameretta è utilizzabile solo x dormire. È presente un letto a castello. Noi eravamo in tre. Posizione ottima , vicina a tt le calette / spiagge più belle del sud della sardegna. Ci torneremo volentieri. Grazie

Schöne Lage
Häuschen sehr hübsch und zweckmäßig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, inclusive Strandstühle und Schirm. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieterin, Kommunikation sehr gut. Strand fussläufig, allerdings etwas runtergekommen. Hübscher Strand in Simius, 5 min mit dem Auto, netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants, Bars , Lebensmittel Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Zwei guten Weingläser fehlen vielleicht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch die Parksituation vor dem Haus jederzeit gut. Der Hausstrand ist 5 min fussweg entfernt, wir konnten ihn aber leider wegen Algen nicht nutzen. Dafür gab es innerhalb von 30 min Fahrtzeit drei tolle Strände die zum Baden und ausspannen einladen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Federica

Sentirsi a casa, in vacanza
Nella villetta di Federica non manca niente per sentirsi a casa: dal phon al microonde, dalla lavatrice al bollitore, dal barbecue alla lavastoviglie, ci sono tutti i confort. La cameriera nel seminterrato è un po’ piccolina, ma considerando che serve solo a dormirci, è sufficiente. La camera da letto al piano di sopra ha una bellissima vista sul mare (stupendo svegliarsi e aprire le persiane su quella vista). Federica è gentilissima, premurosa e molto precisa. La migliore padrona di casa che abbia mai avuto! Straconsigliata.
