Unfortunately, our stay was not a positive experience, as much as we’d liked it to have been. The pool was freezing along with the pool area. The towels at the pool were all damp as well. Which made it difficult to even dry off or get warm after exiting the pool. We specifically stayed at this hotel to take our grandson swimming. I told the lady at the front desk this when we arrived. When we returned later that evening to swim, it was so cold we couldn’t stand to stay in the water. We told a different person at the front desk and they said they’d have someone from maintenance come look at it. No one ever showed up, so we left. The room was subpar cleanliness wise. There were stains on the inside of the comforter on the bed, the bathroom mirror was filthy with dirty water spots all over it and the housekeeper had left her vape in the bathroom. The carpet needed vacuuming, the shower head spit water and didn’t work correctly. The room just didn’t feel clean, so along with the pool being ice cold, it was a poor experience. The lady at check in was very nice, but we only interacted with her during check in. I also couldn’t believe we were charged $8 for parking. They didn’t even ask if we had a vehicle on property. We could have been dropped off for all they knew. There was also someone running in and out of a room on our floor and the door slammed loudly each time they went in or out. Overall, poor experience.

The area was clean and convenient off of the interstate. Close to the venues and downtown district. Would recommend this hotel if you are traveling through bowling green.

Beautiful property only stayed for one night while picking up my new puppy. But it was beautiful and I felt perfectly safe at 3:00 a.m. walking around outside the nice dog friendly areas.

When entering the first room there was a roach on the wall… after moving to another room the air seemed to be running nonstop without cooling the room. There was also a terrible seem in the halls. It smelled like carpet that has been left sitting wet. The walls also have some carpet as a border and it is coming apart from the wall.

One of the worst stays I’ve had here in a long time. First, the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I put it on 65 because the room was so hot when I first arrived. I had it on full blast and it never reached below 72 in the room. Then the TV wouldn’t work, the live stations would lose signal every 45 seconds. The next morning I had left the hotel at 6am for a meeting and returned at 8am. From 8am to 2pm. There was a cleaning lady who slammed doors the entire time on the 7th floor. It shock my room and walls every time she did it. I couldn’t get back to sleep. I couldn’t do anything because she was so loud. Finally at around 2pm i gave up and went home a day early. The receptionist didn’t care or ask why I was leaving early. Even tho I mentioned that I couldn’t stay here another night. She didn’t seem interested, which is fine.
