Found 2 bugs in my room killed one. Left it on a wash cloth in the room. I had on white socks. Walked to the bathroom my socks were black. I took a towel and scrubbed bathroom floor.

We entered the property to an amazing staff and the hopes that the renovation that was spoke of in reviews would be correct. The property is an older property and the staff are trying so in fairness it’s not their fault. They allowed us early checkin which was very nice as we drove 6 hours and only had an hour available before ball games. As we headed down the hall to our room the smell of marijuana was so foul you couldn’t breathe stepping off the elevator. The halls were very dirty and the smells were horrible. Knowing it wasn’t staff fault we decided to continue to our room. Once in room it was clean to the eye but then that’s where the problems began as well. We unpacked and rested shortly. As laying there we noticed our door Frame was torn apart and had big opening around the frame that you could see in our room if you wanted too and the lock to our door didn’t dead bolt. As my husband layed ont he bed there was this loud noise and we realized our bed was broke as well and leaned inward toward middle. Taking photos I headed down to front desk and they did offer to swap our rooms and send maintenance the following morning. I explained we were there for a short time and in a time line so if the maintenance fixed the issues we could deal until then as the rooms were limited and we would be loves to smoking side which I definitely didn’t want either. Going to shower that night the bathroom and large jacuzzi tubs which were older and a large shower head that was terrible.

The place was fairly clean, but run down. Carpet dirty throughout and the caulking on the tub/shower looked like a 1st grader finger painted it on. A big wood screw was holding the tub together. The shower head was the size of a frisbee, but only had 8 holes that water came out. You had to dance in the shower to get wet. The mattress was soft and lumpy, but have had worse.The TV and channel selection were the highlight of this place. Only good thing is Waffle House is two blocks away. Not recommended!

The AC unit had loud knocking sound and it was hard to sleep. Asked for different room and the person said no room to move me to. Woke up in the morning and there was less than 6 cars in the parking lot. Want stay there again.
