Stay was average. Rooms were dated and musty, but clean. Breakfast was nearly cleaned out 30-45 minutes before it was scheduled to end, no waffle batter, out of eggs and biscuits/gravy. Think this place is fine for a one night stay if you just need a place to rest, but would never want to stay here long term.

Unfortunately the outdoor spaces could really use some attention. I know that's not usually a big concern when looking at a hotel, but it is when you are there for an extended stay. Plus it really does set the tone and first impression. Weeds (some waist high) are everywhere. The patio furniture is falling apart and extremely worn. The shrubs are overgrown and make navigating the sidewalks interesting. The sidewalks are full of gravel and tree debris in places, making using the luggage dolly really difficult. The rooms are nice and roomy, but also could use some care and deep cleaning. The carpets leave a filmy feeling on bare feet and the tile is sticky even after housekeeping cleans. And despite being a smoke-free hotel, when the air conditioner kicks on it smells like cigarette smoke. I've stayed at a few Residence Inns for extended work trips (months) and this is the worst yet.
