Close proxemity to our event. Room had roaches. Room key did not work 2nd night and after arriving at 1am then having ro go to office was frustrating. Checkout is not til 11am however hosekeeping tried to enter out room at 730am. Housekeeping knocked 1 time and immediately tried opening door thankfully we had lock on and it only openeing minimally. When staff notified of these issues they were very nonchalant and "ok" was their response to all of our concerns!

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to find and easy parking. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Microwave fridge and coffee maker in the room. Some of the better hotel coffee I've tasted. Lady checking us in didn't seem very friendly. Some traffic noise but this place is pretty close to a busy highway . Got woke up in the middle of the night by loud talking outside. A woman in a car was conducting "business" from her car. Not the hotels fault i guess. But overall a good stay.

I didn’t like that ur smoking kings were on the top floor I didn’t like that u r a 2 story hotel with no rooms on the bottom floor to accommodate the handicap when I made the reservation I didn’t know u were a two story hotel the guy at desk didn’t know what to do to get me another room and he didn’t know how to refund my money
