Great check in but room musty

This time we got a double beds room which wasn't a smelling clean and fresh like we useally get so we had a little more difficult time with it. Apparently whoever cleans 2nd floor doesn't do as a great job like on the first floor. Room smelled like old musty pee. Never experienced that with this hotel. Spent many nights here.

Best hotel in bowling Green

Love this hotel because it's always clean and smells good. Missed the gravy this morning because they didn't have it. Was disappointed about that hopefully they will have some when I come next weekend because I have another stay then.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a pretty good experience. The building itself and common areas seemed to be well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was very nice and was close enough to many restaurants to allow for a quick walk for dinner after a long road trip. However, the room itself was unfortunately a letdown. While the hotel and common areas were great, my room didn't feel clean at all. The walls were noticeably dirty and the furniture was stained and even torn in places. I didn't even feel comfortable walking around in the room without shoes on due to the dirty feel of the carpet. It gave the whole room an unkempt, worn-out vibe that didn't match the rest of the feel of the hotel and really took away from the experience. Overall, if you won't be spending much time in the room and just need a quick place to sleep, I don't think you'd be too disappointed in this hotel, but if cleanliness is a big deal to you and you'll be spending a lot of time in your room, beware that you may not be satisfied.
