Rare Find! Cozy cottage tucked away, private setting next to creek near downtown

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house right next to Bozeman Creek on a beautiful 1 acre lot. Secluded setting surrounded by trees right in the middle of town! 2 master suites, both with full bathrooms. Cottage sleeps 6: 2 queen beds,1 single bed and 1 sofa bed; Full Kitchen; Cable TV and WIFI; Washer and Dryer; Onsite storage available for recreational equipment (skis, bicycles, fishing, hunting, and camping equipment, ect); 3 parking spaces onsite for registered guests. Cottage is situated behind the main house (our home) on 1 acre lot within walking distance of MSU, and just south of historic downtown. There is a very large backyard with a fire pit on Bozeman Creek, which runs all year long.

This was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Location in town was extremely convenient, yet nicely tucked away along the creek in a beautiful setting. The home is perfect for our needs, two clean bedrooms with attached baths, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking while we were staying in Bozeman. We enjoyed the fire pit by the creek, along with the porch that also had a working grill. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Hopefully we'll get to stay here again next time we're in Bozeman.

The cabin was perfect for our family while visiting our son who is an MSU student! We enjoyed hearing the creek flowing when we sat on the front porch! The property was very clean and the location was close to town as well as some great hiking spots!

Cottage and creek are perfect for kids and adults alike. The boys preferred fishing in the creek and making s’mores at night to skiing or any other activities. Host is accommodating and genuinely kind.

Absolutely wonderful. Great location. With a creek! Nice stroll to downtown. The place was spotless and comfortable for the six of us. The icing on the cake is one night Bart had a campfire by the creek with chairs all set up for us!

Cottage was clean and well stocked. A little strange they don’t want any outdoor gear stored inside - I’m not interested in keeping my ski boots out in the cold. Otherwise a chill spot to stay in Bozeman.

Bart did a fabulous job welcoming us and preparing the house where we stayed. Every accoutrement we could need was there: Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, dish soap, tea kettle, abundant towels, shampoo, games , books, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of great pillows and blankets. Everything was spic and span, and we would definitely want to stay there again when in Bozeman.

Great cottage with good location in Bozeman. Located in a nice neighborhood and tucked back in the trees next to a stream. If the weather had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the nature. This place was easily the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. My family and I did not want to leave! The whole place was very comfy and inviting. Everything was also clean. The location is perfect too. It’s in Bozeman city limits (not too far from MSU) but feels like a little private getaway in a wooded area with a nice creek nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Bart's cottage was cozy and peaceful and near the beautiful Bozeman creek! I stayed solo for a few days and felt very safe. The beds, pillow and towels were comfie and all in great shape. Bonus that there were fans in all the rooms. It was also very close to a great city walking trail in town that leads to the public library and was close to MSU were our son is attending. And Bart was a good communicator. Would stay again!

We had a delightful stay at this cottage. We were able to spend time in the beautiful backyard along the little creek. Chairs and a firepit waiting when we arrived. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The host was wonderful! I highly recommend!
