This beautiful Spanish-style vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton, only a short drive to FloridaÂŽs most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.
It is a lovely furnished interior, has a spacious dining and living area to come together as a family.
This family-style home has all the amenities you need for a great family vacation in Florida. It is only minutes from local shops/restaurants and 6 miles from Gulf beaches.
This self-catering home is fully equipped for everyday living. The pool area is fully screened for your protection and privacy, and the pool is solar-heated.
This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated property offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large closet. The ensuite has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed and all new furniture with a large closet. The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a large closet as well.

This home comes fully equipped with lots of extra dishes and cutlery, 'real glass' wine glasses, all linens, a washer and dryer, high-speed internet (wi-fi), and Roku TV in each room.

Home was enjoyable, nice and location was great. My only complaint would be the listing is somewhat mis leading. Pool is not really heated, you have to pay extra and is only available certain times of the year. You only find that out once you get to the home. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.

Bradenton retirement getaway

Overall, the property is in great condition and in a very nice location for getting to the beach. The pool and patio were very nice and relaxing. Tomas was very nice and very quick to get back to us when we had an issue. Just a couple of things that could be improved on, is the master bed frame was very noisy and creaked a lot with every movement. Very annoying. In the living room there could be a little better furnishing. With the huge TV it was hard with just the sectional couch. When we had 2 couples come over one evening, there wasn't enough sitting space for all of us to watch. Except for the that house was spacious and very accommodating when we had friends over. We thought about trying to renew for next year, but in the end, we decided that we wanted to check out other places for a retirement retreat.

Wonderful stay in Bradenton

We loved everything about this house, especially the large, outdoor space with plenty of seating, both covered and uncovered. The hosts were excellent: friendly, responsive to questions, located close by if needed. Check-in was great and there were no surprises and as good as the pictures show. Anna Maria Island and multiple beaches are close by (leave home early.) There were bikes available to ride to Publix or other places nearby. There were only a few deep cleaning areas that could have been better, otherwise I would have also rated Cleanliness as a 5 because overall cleanliness was very good. We definitely want to go back for a longer time next year.

A great value to get you near the beaches

Nice, clean place. Close to the beaches (5 miles/10 minutes, or so). The pool area was a nice place to go after too much sun. The accommodations were clean. They had enough beach stuff to get you out to the beach without having to bring/purchase things.

Wonderful home!

We just returned back from a six week stay and I miss it already! The house had everything we needed and more! My daughter and grandkids came for 10 days and had the best time especially in the wonderful heated pool. They used it day and night. The owners were amazing and very responsive to any questions or minor issues that arose. They actually went above and beyond on several occasions! Their main concern was that we were comfortable and had everything we needed! The only negative I can report, is that they are already booked for next year for the time I ! My bad as I waited too long to try to book it!

Great time with a family of 4

We had a good experience, owner answered my questions about accessibility as we have a wheelchair in the family, had issues with AC and the owner fixed in the same day. FYI, there’s a 5” gap in the front door that can be managed with a portable ramp, and there is a smaller gap in the garage, maybe something like 2”. We enjoyed the pool a lot, and Ana Maria beaches too.

Wonderful

It’s was one of our more pleasant experiences during our annual Spring golf trip to Bradenton. The house was clean and spacious, very nice layout with all that you’d need during time away from home . Twice we called the owners, once because the garage door got stuck and phone was answered right away and so pleasantly and he came over within 5 minutes and took care of it . Then second time as we were leaving which again was answered immediately , to tell them their house was great, and if we could book it again. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Great pool! All we needed!

We had 6 in our party, having four rooms was perfect! We loved the solar heated pool and had all we needed for traveling to near by beaches. Coquina beach was nice and Anna Maria Island was our favorite for sunrise and sunset. Owner responded very quickly when we noticed a leak! Was fixed within 2 hours! House had everything we needed. The addition room was a little warmer than rest of house, but worked ok for our party. We definitely hope to return !

Perfect for our trip

We stayed here this past week. Everything was as the listing stated. Had a neighbor bike riding by that stated that the place looks great the way we fixed it up. We confessed that we were only renting it, but would pass along the information. Everything was clean, and tidy. We did purchase some cheaper wash clothes, as we couldn't find any on site. But that was no big deal...we left them for the next renters. If we are ever in need of a rental in Bradenton, we will certainly stay here again Thanks for the hospitality!
