The memberships offer tennis, golf, pickle ball, 2 fitness center, 8 resort style pools, clubhouse, restaurant and a tiki bar. This Condo has a Satellite pool right across the street.
This condo sits overlooking on the 2nd hole of Sanctuary.This Rental has membership transfer fee that will allow you to golf on this private 27 holes course and also use of all the amenities this desirable community has to offer. One time fee of $570 is required in the payment to obtain membership. This charming condo features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a fabulous stay. Enjoy the fantastic amenities like a washing machine, AC, hair dryer, and WiFi. With 2 bathrooms, including a bathtub, guests will feel right at home.
