Fines & Fees
No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fee.
Unregistered Guests / Visitors: $100 per night + tax per unregistered guest.
Parties: Strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fee will apply.
Smoking: No smoking inside the property. A $1,000 fee will apply.

Management and owners are not responsible for any damage to boating, fishing gear, or personal equipment.
Swim at your own risk.
Owners and hosts are not liable for any damage, injury, or accidents related to:
Water areas or dock use
Boating or watercraft activities
Bunk beds
Animals
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Owners and hosts are not responsible for any injuries during the stay.
By booking, guests agree to these terms and release the owners and hosts from any liability or claims related to the above.

The pool heater fee is $100 per stay for up to one week. For stays longer than one week, the fee is $140 per week

Pool Rules
Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (quiet hours apply).
Registered guests only. No visitors or additional guests without prior approval.
No parties or events in the pool or pool area.
No glass containers in or around the pool.
Please be respectful with noise, especially in the evening.
No diving, running, or rough play.
Do not use the pool during storms or lightning.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool or equipment.
Sliding Doors: Please open and close all sliding doors gently and do not force, pull, lift, or remove them from their tracks. If a door feels loose, difficult to move, or appears unsecured, please stop using it and contact the host immediately.
