Welcome to Aqua Breeze, located only 15 minutes away from the beautiful and award-winning Anna Maria Island beaches. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a large, heated pool and is conveniently located between the island and downtown Bradenton.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with large TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom are located on the opposite side of the house and offer a queen bed and two twin beds. A hallway guest bathroom with shower/ tub combination is shared between the two guest bedrooms.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The small breakfast table is ideal for a quick snack before heading out the door to the beach or an event and dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people.

A large, heated pool will most likely be the preferred hang-out for most everyone in your group and two outdoor tables with seating, as well as gas BBQ are available.

Was equipped with everything. Loved the layout of the house. Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing.May want to look at the grille for we started it a couple of times and it kept goin out. Also the indoor patio was dirty and endedup with black feet going back into the house.Other than thoses minor thing loved our stay, thank you so much

We could not have asked for better weather. There were blue, sunny skies the 7 days we were there giving us the opportunity to utilize the pool every day. Operating the lights and fans with the remotes paired with light switches was a little confusing at first. The house was clean and accommodating.

Perfect location close to everything!

We absolutely loved the house. It’s was 20 minutes from Ana Maria Island, 45 minutes from Tampa and 20 minutes from Sarasota. Quiet and safe neighborhood.The house is fully equipped with everything one would need from pots, pans, mixing bowls, Tupperware and baking sheets. Very clean as well as simple modern decor. We could not have asked for anything better for our little family vacation. Super easy checkIn and the owners were very quick to respond to our few questions .Pool and garden were clean and ready for use. Don’t hesitate, this place is a little bit of heaven close to everything you need!

Overall, we had a good stay. The neighborhood was quiet, 15 min away from Anna Maria Island. The house had an odd smell, especially in twin bedroom, the master bedroom bed was very squeaky and felt like it was falling apart, didn’t like the check out process of washing the towels and taking the garbage out.. overall we made it work and had a great time.

Excellent Support

We rented this house after Hurricane Helene hit the area, and before Hurricane Milton landed. We were very pleased with the quick response we received to confirm the house condition. The house is lovely and superbly equipped. We had some issues with the pool, and we were impressed by the excellent responsiveness of the host to fix the issue. More so considering the level of devastation that affected some of the areas particularly close to the beaches.

Great home!

We enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Home is centrally located to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. We loved having a pool and how the house was spacious, yet cozy. We’d definitely like to come back.

Pre-father's day celebration

Loved the property it was very spacious for our whole family, very clean and organized. We were surprised at the size of the Master bedroom (huge). The pool was a plus we only use it once because we had a lot of rain. Over all the stay was very relaxing and neighborhood very quiet.
