“Good, good, good, good vibrations” Pinkie Flamingo was singing as she cruised along the tree-lined streets of this pleasant suburban Bradenton neighborhood towards her newest guest nest. Pinkie could not help but notice how peaceful it was here. Just minutes from the convenience of Bradenton and the recreational playground of the Gulf Beaches, this 3-bedroom home with a private heated pool was ticking a lot of boxes. It could well be your next vacation go-to for your group of 6 or less and a well-behaved doggie or two.

As Pinkie entered the front door of the 1-story dwelling, she appreciated the fact that it was all on one level! The spacious open living area was bathed in natural light and combined entertainment, seating, and dining all rolled into one comfortable space. “I love the retro vibe here!” Pinkie said as looking at the adorable appliances. “Super cute!” With a brand new sofa set in the living room the cozy bungalow was the perfect set-up for a relaxing vacation. Pinkie was drawn outside to the screen lanai and the inviting pool which offered a sunny vignette for eating and lounging. “One cannot have too many places to perch”, Pinkie mused as she took note of the table for 3 and the covered patio furniture group and imagined all of the happy gatherings that could occur here.

This was a wonderful house with a nice open floor plan. Everything was clean and up to date. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the outdoor seating and pool area. One small thing that could be looked at is the shower in the primary bathroom since it was hard to get it to shut off completely without dripping. We would rent this property again.

Home away from home!

Absolutely loved this stay. It had all the amenities I hadn’t event thought of! It was very clean and in order. The pool was wonderful and came with fun floaties. Would highly recommend this place. And it’s very fun and welcoming!

Beautiful property and pinky was responsive. We appreciated that. I feel the owner needs to go to the property and evaluate what needs fixed because as a renter is want everything to be in working order. The back sliding door would not lock and other small little things that needed to be updated and fixed. But overall, the property is beautiful and very easy to check in and out. House is in a great location close to the beaches in the pool was amazing.

Perfect Little Florida Retreat!

We had a wonderful experience renting the “Good Vibes” house. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to all that we could have asked for. The kitchen was well appointed for our Christmas baking, the weather was perfect for sipping cocktails by the huge pool area, the towels were fluffy and soft and beds super comfy! Thank you to our host for quick reaponses when necessary.
