Our newly remodeled house has close to 1900 SF of beautifully decorated area for you to enjoy. Perfect cul de sac location close to stores and restaurants. We have put so much creativity, hard work, and heart into this home and we hope the new guests or returning guests will love it as much we have. We are conveniently located close to Anna Maria Island, great dining and shopping.
Our home has four bedrooms and 2 full baths, solar heated chlorine pool over 1/4 acre private fenced backyard.
Our house has a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining, large kitchen w/ plenty of counter space, large screen lanai w/ a solar heated pool and private fully fenced backyard. Upon entering you are greeted by a plenteous natural light, beautiful brand new tile floor and vaulted ceilings. The formal dining room offers a large 8 seat table and much more...

Annual Family Beach Trip

The house was clean, spacious and on a cul de sac which was wonderful. We enjoyed the solar heated pool, but it was a little cold at times. There is an option to pay extra for heat but we didn't think it would be needed. The location is convenient and very close to Anna Maria Island. *The 4th bedroom should be clarified that it's actually a day bed with a trundle bed and has a window AC unit. Definitely a small kid's room, our 2 teenagers shared the room but our 14 year old slept on the sofa quite a bit as she wasn't a fan of the trundle bed. There's lots of space in the main areas though, a table for 8, a large living room, and a big tv. The kitchen is well stocked and has almost everything you need.* I would recommend a railing for entering the pool and maybe some in-pool lights so it's more visible at night when the overhead lights are off as the pool is close to the sliding glass doors. *The master bedroom has another set of sliding glass doors that open into the dining room (left there from a past remodeling?) in addition to a normal door, so anyone in the dining room can see right through the thin curtains if the bedroom lights are on. Any lights from the tv, kitchen , and dining room also shine brightly into the master bedroom through the sliding doors. Some room darkening curtains or shades would be nice. These are minor things however and I would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacay

This house was perfect for our needs while travelling with family across three generations. Lots of space, all necessary amenities, quiet, amazing pool, close to groceries etc, and clean. Location was perfect for visiting the beach and nearby attractions too. Would highly recommend and visit again. Host was also very easy to get in touch with, no issues. Thank you!

Fun cozy house

We had a great time, the house was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was we could not use the garage, we have a jeep and like to take the doors and roof off and park it in the garage and I don’t recall seeing that when we booked the property!

This home is a jewel!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! With the pool, games, cards and toys they were never bored in our down time. The house is only minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit or eat. During our stay the internet company had an outage which effected the owners equipment and they had it taken care of ASAP! Communication was great! We highly recommend this home to everyone!

Awesome Vacation House

I traveled with my teenage daughter and her five friends for spring break. This house was perfect! There is plenty of space, the pool was great and it was very clean! The location is great located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Bikes too! Eric was very responsive and helpful! I plan to return with my family next vacation we take!

Thanksgiving vacation

We have vacationed to Bradenton/AMI many times over Thanksgiving with extended family and this was the nicest property we have stayed at. The house has everything you need to prepare meals, going to the beach, or just enjoying the pool at the property. The open floor plan works great for socializing with a large family. The property manager responds immediately, but everything was in great order so we did not need to communicate much. Great place!

Annual fishing trip with my son

Every year my son and I (and at times, my son in laws) go on an annual fishing trip in the Bradenton area. This is the third time I have stayed at this property and as always it was clean, and the check in process was seamless. On this trip it was my son and wife but I have been here with my son and two son in laws and there is plenty of room. It's a nice home.

Overall okay

Nice house for the most part. Temp of the house never got down past 76, that was even with nobody being there all day, when we got back from the beach still at 76. Ring camera located at door bell and security light, not in description of property details. Both propane tanks were empty, no extra bath towels or wash cloths so had to wash them during our stay, didn't want to use one towel for the whole stay.

Spring break

This house was perfect for our spring break getaway. Close to Anna Maria and the other beaches but far enough away that you aren’t in the craziness of that area. Lots of space in the house for two adults and three teens and could easily have had two full families in the house. Everything was spotless when we checked in and tons of bath and beach towels available. Also, very comfortable beds and bedding. The pool was nice and refreshing for the kids.
