The beach-entry pool is the center of the outdoor space â a gradual entry that works for every age, surrounded by a fully fenced yard that gives families and pets room to move. A hammock is in the yard for the afternoon. Both a gas grill and a charcoal grill are available poolside for cookouts. This is the kind of backyard that keeps guests home from the beach more than they planned.
Two paddleboards are included with the stay â take them to Robinson Preserve, 10 minutes away, where the mangrove trails are best explored on the water. It's the only listing in the portfolio that comes with paddleboards ready to go.
Inside, the split-plan layout gives everyone their own space. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second and third guest rooms each have a queen bed. The living room pull-out sofa handles two more guests â sleeping eight total across a home with two separate living rooms. The wood-burning fireplace is a genuine comfort on Florida's cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen handles full meals for eight. In-unit washer and dryer included.
Palma Sola is a mainland Bradenton home â not on the island, but well-positioned for guests who want the AMI experience without the island pricing. Bradenton Beach is a 15-minute drive. Robinson Preserve is 10 minutes. Sarasota Airport is 20 minutes. University Town Center Mall is 30 minutes.
Pet-friendly. Parking for four vehicles.

There is so much to say! We love this house and can't wait to come back next year. We love the layout, the pool, and all the comforts of home made available to us. They thought of everything. We also love the proximity to Coquina Beach and other beaches, to downtown Bradenton, groceries, and restaurants. Entertaining inside and out is spacious and comfortable. The pool area is heaven on earth. And the yard and pool are very private. The house and property is extremely clean and well kept. The rental agency was extremely helpful when we had a beeping smoke alarm and they fixed it immediately. Communication is excellent and so helpful and pleasant. We also had our little dog and he was safe to roam the yard. The website pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The neighborhood was very nice and so easy to get to from Cortez and town. Manatee Golf Course is 5 minutes away as well which my husband enjoyed. Looking forward to next year. Nancy and Mike Peterborough, NH
This was such a happy surprise. The pictures don't do it justice to the size of the house. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and really enjoy everything the house offered. Two of our kids decided to share a bed, but there was an extra rollaway bad as well as an extra pull up couch if they had wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked beyond anything I have ever booked before. That was absolutely perfect, considering we were there over the holidays. We were able to bake our Christmas cookies and Christmas meal and New Year's meal without any compromise. They also provided stuff for the beach, which meant I didn't have to pack extra. Overall, I would stay at this house again. It had a great layout. It was close to everything, and it made you feel at home.
We booked this location for a getaway to enjoy while in town for a baseball tournament. Perfect location, very convenient to local establishments, easy to get to from the Sarasota airport. Absolutely loved the back yard - perfect of sun & shade with a fantastic pool for relaxing! Our teens appreciated the house layout for separate hangout spots. Would love to come back another time.
The house smelled like a basement. I had to go purchase an air purifier just to be able to breathe. It still didnât remove the odor which seemed to partially be coming from the vintage furniture. The pool was not functioning at all. Maintenance came next day but did not repair it - so the kids vacation was ruined. No bed linens for the pull out at all. No blanket or pillow the trundle either. Provided bedding was rough and cheap. Neighborhood isnât the best either. We woke up one morning to a garage side door open which made us pretty nervous. We ended up leaving a day early due to all the issues. For the price I paid, a hotel would have been a far better choice.
Beautiful House, Not the Greatest Neighborhood, Bugs
We rented this house to stay in for a family vacation. The neighborhood is definitely not the greatest, and the landscaping is atrocious (overgrown, etc.,) but the house itself is brand new on the inside, gorgeous and very clean. However, after we arrived and started to get settled, we noticed small bugs entering from the bedroom windows. They were all over the beds in two of the bedrooms. As a result, we had to be transferred to another property, but were assured that the bugs would be taken care of. The management company is fabulous - easy to work with and very friendly.
This spacious house in a good location was ideal for our family reunion. Features are as advertised. However, we had multiple basic problems during our stay... The property management had to be chased with the one exception of Jason. My tally is 8 calls, multiple emails and phone messages for a 1 week stay and 4 in person visits by the property management in order to have TV/WIFI, dishwasher and check-out operable. Very basic features for a rental of this size and cost. I have been offered $150 as compensation for the hours spent by us debugging these issues, not having use of these promised features including hand washing dishes from a dinner for 8 and chasing these folks during what was to be a vacation. It's not the property's fault...it was great, but go in with your eyes wide open here.
