This condo lies within the community of Shorewalk. A beautifully maintained 30 acre complex of quiet tree lined streets, safe lighted walking paths and 6 ponds.
AMENITIES
Clubhouse surrounded by 2 heated Pools, each with separate Jacuzzis, 2 lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts, a Basketball court, Table tennis, Bocce ball and Shuffleboards. Attached is a childrens playground. Patio tables and large Gas B-B-Q Grills are available for the guests to use. Relax inside the clubhouse lounge area in front of the big screen T.V., play video games, cards or billards. Unit was clean and communication with owner very good. Very spotty WiFi which made it difficult for me to work. Pool rules very restrictive. Would not be a good spot for families with young kids who want to actually play in the pool or for adults who want to enjoy a drink by the pool. No organized activities as was advertised but I think families with teens might enjoy the other amenities ie tennis, ping pong,etc. Having a washer dryer was great but bring your own detergent as none was provided.

Great location, relative to IMG Sports complex, and still only 20 minutes from the beach. Owner communication was timely and the whole stay, from booking to checking in/out was very organized and uneventful (a good thing). The Publix across the street was super convenient. So glad we choose to stay here vs a hotel.

Our stay at Andre and Barb’s place was perfect! We came in town for a soccer showcase at IMG Academy. The location for this purpose couldn’t be any better! The complex was pretty to walk around with plenty of natural ponds, palms, and animals. We didn’t have time to use the pools but there were 2 with plenty of lounge chairs just a couple of minute walk from the unit. The property was as advertised and clean. We’d stay here again!

Our stay was great! We did not have any issues, communication was fast and pleasant! House was clean, there was something spilled on the refrigerator door and the master tub did not drain well, but nothing major at all. Complex was nice, pool was refreshing and clean. This place was perfect as we spent most of our time at IMG. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was very nice and was as displayed in the photos. Loved the ground floor location, beach chairs/umbrellas and pool noodles were very appreciated. Suggestions to make a great place even better: a few more washcloths to reduce the frequency for doing laundry and the complex could clean/skim the pool more frequently.

Perfect Base

My two brothers and I stayed here while visiting our father in Bradenton. It fit our needs perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. And the dining area was ideal for board games! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great experience.

A great value!

This is not luxury accommodations. But then the rental cost reflects that. A two bed/two bath condo with a living area and dining area is perfect for my sister and I as we spend the week at the beach. The pool is very nice and is kept very clean. I’ll be honest, the condo could use a bit of a refresh in places. The front bedroom has wicker furniture and there are parts that look a bit tattered. My sister and I have bought reclining beach chairs, a cooler and a couple of pool noodles for ourselves and future guests. This year one of the beach chairs was almost ripped through. But those things are minor compared with the affordability of a week in the Florida sunshine.

Perfect Location

The condo was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy commute to family & Ann Maria Island. It was cozy & comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities for a nice stay. If I had to suggest anything, it would be that the bathrooms be supplied with four bath towels instead of two. It was nice to have in-unit washer & dryer, though. The owners were very responsive in providing all the information we needed. We would book again.

Our stay was fine, if you’re good with a basic place to stay this condo is perfect. I gave it a 4 star rating because with the price I paid ( which I understand it was Easter weekend) in my opinion was lacking a few typical essentials which have been in every VRBO that I’ve ever rented. Overall it was fine. Nice pool area etc..

Shorewalk Villa ... fantastic and super convenient

Our stay at Shorewalk Villa was fantastic! It was just my son and I who stayed but the Villa has plenty of room with its 2 bedrooms 2 baths for a family of 4 or 5. Super clean when we arrived with easy check in. It was quiet at night which made it easy to rest after a hard days training at the convenient IMG Academy. Plenty of parking in front but there are tons of stores a just a 5 min walk away. 2 pools to choose from as well as a recreation clubhouse made it hard to leave. We would definitely stay again.
