The pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, and games were great! The house is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Bikes are available to explore the cute neighborhood. If you're going to the beach, be sure to leave EARLY or you'll be stuck in traffic. We found lots of (free) parking at Coquina Beach which is beautiful and wonderful for finding shells! If you want to explore more of the island, park at Coquina beach & take the free shuttle around AMI. Do not park in the pay to park lots (12/hr) if you can avoid it. We did that the first day...rookie mistake.

It was a good stay. I wish I could give it 4.5 as it was for the most part great. The sofa bed was broken so not able to use. We had a little trouble trying to use tvs as remotes didnt seem to match up. The coffee pot didnt want to work for us. We are coffee drinkers. We had to mess with it quite a bit, but would have just liked a simple Mr Coffee pot. We enjoyed the pool area but had a little trouble finding out which light switches worked for which lights. A little label job would help this. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Overall a pretty good stay, just a few tweaks would have solved some issues. Thank you for the quick stay! :)

Excellent stay, very clean, loved everything about the house! They literally have everything you could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to laundry soap, and even seasonings! However the beds could be softer. All in all, wonderful place and nice people!

Great neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, close to Anna Marie beaches, fantastic pool area. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool. Beautiful sunny warm retreat from the cold

Comfortable Home with All Amenities

My family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., including several small appliances. Rooms are large and comfortable. There are plenty of linens and towels. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping-pong table. Lots to keep busy! Large grassy backyard is well fenced for dogs. Publix is very close by. We plan to return in the future if it fits our plans.
