Luxury home near Anna Maria Island on canal, private heated pool!

Happy Ours is a gorgeous canal front home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private heated pool and a 30 feet boat dock. It's just 2.5 miles away from the world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This luxury property sleeps a total of 8 people. You will love the open concept with living, dining and kitchen that is fully stocked and even has an induction stovetop and a convection oven. The master suite comes with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom another queen and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Living room and all bedrooms come with Smart Flat Screen TV's. On the large deck, you will enjoy the heated saltwater pool, the jacuzzi hot tub, a fire pit and sun loungers. Other amenities include a private garage, washer and dryer, free high speed internet, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The house is fully stocked and equipped with all you need. Just bring your personal belongings and your boat. There is enough dock space to accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. For guests staying two weeks or longer you may use the 20,000 lb boat lift, this would require a $100 fee and a signed form.
Seawall and dock is new. Happy Ours is just the perfect Florida vacation property!

We had 6 longtime friends who met at Happy Ours and it couldn’t have been more enjoyable! The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect. The hot tub stayed hot for us thankfully since nights were cool. The inside of the house was gorgeous and had every amenity needed. The drive to the beach was less than 10 minutes. It was truly paradise!

Stunning 5 stars!!

What an absolutely amazing place this was. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Ian we were there for just 3 nights and not 6 as planned so we were pretty gutted. The whole place was immaculate, all the fittings, bedding, fixtures were fantastic quality and the pool area was just the icing on the cake. Plenty of sun lounges, and chairs for my party of 5. We absolutely loved the place and were sad to leave. The only thing that needs improving is the communication with the management company. We rang the number that was listed in the manual and it was busy for most of the day. (we must have rang the number 50 times) . Luckily we managed to sort the problem eventually ourselves. All in all our stay was spot on and I would highly recommend the place
