Everything about this experience was perfection! Our host, Petr, was thoughtful, accessible and dependable from the first communication to trip end. The house had an upscale decor and homey vibe with tons of space for everyone. The pool and game room was awesome and fenced in landscaping was ideal for the dog. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for night or early morning walks. Bradenton beach pier is only 10 minutes away and the house is centrally located for drives to any of the many attractions in the area. This first vrbo experience was amazing and we can’t think why we’d ever pay for a hotel again! This house delivers so much more than the description

Petr was a very good host. He replied to messages very quickly. The house was just like the pictures we saw on the site. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The pool and lanai area were a nice place to sit and read are just relax in the sun. We appreciated the tall privacy fence. The fenced in yard was great for our dog.

Our host Petr was near the best we've had in our many years coming to FL. Very attentive and accommodating. Communicates promptly if you have questions. The rooms were very well appointed. There was just us 2 most of the time, but our overnight guests liked the queen room. Lots of space with the large porch area and outdoor furniture for warm weather. Indoor dining area accommodates 8 people comfortably in 2 spaces. There's all kinds of games in the garage and water toys for pool or beach, and a sand friendly wagon. About 3 miles from Ana Maria island, but allow more time on busy traffic days to get over the bridge. The ping pong table is high quality and fun. Family equipment for all ages available. Pool needs 2 days to warm up before using. We had a few pleasant days to enjoy it. Our little dog got a bath in the garage sink, perfect for that.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to IMG as well as several stores and restaurants, and was just a short drive to the beach. The house was clean and well decorated and the amenities were great. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Florida paradise home.

This home was the perfect place for our family. The location is great! Very close to so many amenities. Minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria. The home felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived, very clean, modern updates, stunning backyard/ pool area! The kids also enjoyed the pool table every night. Bonuses for the home that I wasn’t expecting, plenty of beach chairs for use, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and a wagon. Information readily available in the house for local restaurants, activities, and process of checking out clearly posted on fridge. Checking in and out was very easy and seamless. This home made our first time to the area even more enjoyable! Would love to return in the future!

Great renovated house

Older house but renovated with all new finishes. Really clean. They need to work out a few kinks, for example the shower controls are backwards (turn to cold to get hot in both showers). The master tub holds water and no hand soap in the bathrooms. Check the hall closet between the two bedrooms for wash clothes, none were out. Hopefully you like firm mattresses!

Home was lovely. My children took full advantage of the game room. They absolutely loved it. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was great. The only complaint is that there were wrappers and trash under the sofas and around the nightstand in the master bedroom. Not the owners fault at all. The owner was very quick to respond when we messaged and kind. Over all we were happy.

Best house!!

Our family stayed for 3 nights and wish it was longer! We had the absolute best time. It was clean, extremely well stocked for games, toys and beach accessories!! Close enough to anything you need & quiet neighborhood making it the perfect spot! If I could give 10 stars I would! Owner was very quick to respond to all messages & so polite! We loved our stay! We absolutely plan to book again.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for a week in May and we are so glad we picked this property. My husband and I caught a bad cold while traveling to Florida and the primary bedroom was nice and comfortable so we were able to rest up and recuperate. This was HUGE for us. We took turns watching the kids in the pool and they loved it!!! They spent most of their time swimming. They had a blast!! Overall, a great place to stay and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

This was a great location for beaches and attractions. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The house was clean, but at least one plumbing problem, the second bathroom tub blockage, was not addressed by the owner during our visit, although we identified it early on.

Beautiful home

We stayed here with my family for a last vacation with the kids as they are adults. We had so much fun. Between the pool and the game room, there is so much to do here. Everything was clean and tidy they even had stuff for you. If you wanted to go to the beach, they made sure this house had everything you needed for your vacation stay. We will definitely be back.
