This 4-bedroom 2 bath Key West style Pool home sleeps 9 comfortably and is situated in the exclusive Harbor Hills Community in NW Bradenton. Bring your boat with parking large enough for a 25ft trailer and boat on the left side of the house as well as the dock located just around the corner on the Bayou. The property is situated a short drive from Warners boat ramp which leads you out to the Manatee River. Located in a prime location in Bradenton you are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you instantly notice the matured landscaping and well-appointed property. The driveway is large and has plenty of space for 2 vehicles as well as a boat/trailer. The inside of the property has tile throughout and has been furnished with comfortable options helping you fully relax during your stay! The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. Dining in--- the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv and a sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows or movies!

Off the back of the house, you have a screened-in lanai that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy a meal or your morning cup of coffee. This area does have a smart tv as well. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool (The pool does not have a spa feature) encompassed by an even larger backyard! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge, inquire for more info) You also have an additional shower in the back as well to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on the boat.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The house has 3 bedrooms located on the right side of the house and 1 on the left side of the house. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom and a private exit to the backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart Tv and bedroom 3 offers a twin bunk bed as well as a single twin and is located on the right side of the house. The additional Queen bed with a smart Tv and is on the left side of the house this room also has a door that leads to the lanai.

Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located about 2 miles from the house as well. Looking to head to the beach? This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, as well as a few local favorites like Joey Ds or Habeneros Mexican grill.

I definitely recommend this property! Spacious, clean, plenty of towels and bedding, the pool was great, water pressure and air conditioning was superb! I would definitely re-visit this property and company!

Beautiful House and Amazing Backyard

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The house is well-maintained, very clean, and much more spacious than I had expected based on the pictures. The backyard, featuring a pool and patio area, is amazing and perfect for lounging while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short drive from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sun and Fun

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Their was more than enough room, and the highlight was the back yard/pool area. The pool was large enough to play in and lounge around. The location was close to family in the area and also convenient to the beach, Desoto monument, and Robinson preserve. We'll be back for sure!

Great stay

This is a great house to take a vacation in. It is well kept up and had everything that we needed for a family get together. We were all in town for a celebration of life service for my mom, who recently passed away. There was plenty of room for family and friends to gather after the service. (I hope we didn't bother the neighbors too much. My family can get rather loud when we all get together.) If I ever get back to Bradenton for a vacation, I will definitely try to rent this house again. Thank you for putting some joy into this somber trip.

Family Gathering

Overall, it is a great place to stay, especially for a large family. Beautifully landscaped backyard with uplighting. A couple of things to be aware of that are not clearly disclosed upfront. Heating the pool is extra. You could not use the whirlpool unless you purchased the heating option - even though in the heat of summer heating was not necessary. The pool depth is only about 5 ft at the deepest end and a relatively small pool. Great for kids, but not for adults who want more room to swim. Lots of pool towels and sand chairs were provided. Nice screened-in porch room overlooking the pool so easy to keep an eye on the kids when it's too hot outside or too many bugs. The dining room table has a bench seat on one side and metal chairs. The central child bedroom with 2 twin beds has a sliding door that opens to the living room that does not provide much privacy nor limits noise.
