My family and I enjoyed this house very much. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is conveniently located between Anna Marie Island and Cortez Beach. We enjoyed going to both places. Cristina was the perfect host. We will definitely be back.

This was absolutely the best vrbo I have stayed in. It's immaculately clean, modern and custom decorated with every detail taken care of. It's in a great location for everything in Bradenton area. Excellent communication with owner. I love when something not only lives up to but exceeds what is expected.

The interior of the home is very nice, BUT the bed in the master bedroom is beyond uncomfortable. The mattress is very lumpy and extremely soft. The blinds in the master bedroom facing the road were translucent and did not provide any privacy from the busy street.The kitchen and bathroom amenities were very good and the decor is very pretty. The neighborhood is rather sketchy and the photo of the front of the house is rather misleading.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home. The house was exceptionally clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Cristina was a wonderful host. We had a small issue; she was super responsive and had it resolved immediately. We also had issues with our flight due to a blizzard in New York, and she was so helpful in offering to extend our stay or late check-out. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the elegant Florida decor, house feels brand new. love that you can park in the garage. The bed in the front bed bedroom felt like sleeping on a cloud. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful house, lovely stay

My family had a wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean, bright, and comfortable vacation cottage. We loved the spacious rooms and living areas, and we were happy to have nice beach towels and beach chairs available. The kitchen has limited dishes and supplies for cooking, but I was on vacation and was not cooking anyway! We utilized the dishwasher, and nice washer and drier. The host is extraordinarily helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!

Spring Training

The house is great. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The proximity to Lecom Park was terrific. We only had the one issue of the smoke detector consistently going off throughout the night because of a bad battery and because of vaulted ceilings we were unable to do anything about it till the owner could get someone out.

Soccer Weekend

We got to enjoy this beautiful home while my son participated in a soccer tournament at IMG. After the first amazing night’s sleep on the most comfortable bed, I called my husband back home and said that we needed to buy a new mattress! The location was perfect for easy commutes to and from the facility. We even enjoyed an afternoon on the beach! The host was amazing. Very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect rental for any tournaments near IMG!

Newly renovated and spacious home

A friend and I stayed at this lovely home for Spring Training. Inside felt very spacious and was entirely beautifully remodeled from the floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen to the ceiling lights. The living room was very roomy and the couch was very large and comfortable. The throws were a nice touch. I really liked how the place was decorated (beachy vibe). Cristy was very responsive before and during our trip. I highly recommend this place for anyone preferring to stay in a home. It was also nice to park your vehicle in the garage. And the beach chairs and ice chest made a beach visit much more pleasant! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Cristy!

Unforgettable experience!

I was extremely impressed with how clean and new the house was, it really did look like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, I was able to sleep through the morning without any problems. I will also touch on the fact that it was in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Bradenton, and the beach. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Oh and the host was very attentive in making sure I got access to the place and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay!

Charming rental

The home inside was new and had a lovely coastal vibe! Great layout for 2 mothers and 2 teens. We were there for a tournament at the IMG academy. The neighborhood was not the best, yet it was quiet. The home was easily accessible to major roadways to get to where we needed. Much better then staying in a hotel for a week, as I love to cook and have my own space. I buy {and left for others to use} some clothes hangers.Other then that it was perfect !

Modern and cozy house

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights as my son played at the IMG tournament. The house is brand new, modern, with lots of attention to details. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The area is not what I was expecting as i thought it was closer to the beach and one of the street can be also a bit busy at time. Our host was great and very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and we felt like at home.
