Welcome to our Salty Starfish. Located directly on a canal, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has an oversized private heated pool, Florida sun room, office and much more.
Renovated in 2022, this beautiful waterfront home is exactly what you were looking for. Proximity to Anna Maria Island's award winning beaches, an oversized private heated pool, office room and quality finishes throughout make this home a real gem. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. On the other side of the home are two guest bedrooms with queen size bed and TV, which share a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination.
The outdoor lanai provides plenty of seating for everyone, as well as an outdoor TV and fireplace. A BBQ is available by the pool area. A couple of kayaks are available by the canal. Please note that use of kayaks is at your own risk and that lifevests are provided.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all necessary cookware to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Important: Garage parking and boat dock are unfortunately not available to our guests and the spa is not a hot tub (same water temperature as pool)
