Salty Anchor at ”One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville" offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. This condo offer an open-floor plan with lots of natural light. Upon entry, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to make a full-course meal or a quick snack and is complete with built-in breakfast bar. Directly off the kitchen is the living and dining room. Both are beautifully furnished with elegant coastal decor. The living room offer plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV so you can relax after a long day in the sun. Directly off the living room, you will find large sliding glass doors that lead out to the screen lanai where you can dine alfresco or sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV. This condo also provides a full-size washer/dryer, beach chairs and WiFi throughout for use during your stay.

One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.

RESORT AMENITIES

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. This was one of the nicest places I have stayed and price was very reasonable ! And close by car to the Beach for those that don't want to pay a lot more for right on the beach. Also close to Marina for boaters ! Really enjoyed this space

Amazing vacation on a beautiful place

Location was amazing. The place was very clean and neat. Quiet, beds were very comfortable every room was big with lots of closets , having the washer and dryer in the unit was really nice. I do wish it said in the description that some small things like coffee or salt and pepper were not provided but besides that it was a perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect vacation rental!

Amazing rental! Loved having the private covered parking space, the splash pad was incredible for my 3 year old, and the downstairs storage was great so we didn’t have to bring our beach chairs up and down every day. The unit was extremely comfortable with everything we needed for the week!

Everything I could have wanted!

The suite is gorgeous and was spotless upon arrival. Having the amenities of a pool, grill and hangout area right outside the building was a great addition. Everything we wanted to do was just a couple minutes away so we couldn't ask for a better location. Sea breeze was easy to work with and took care of anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

The property was very nice, condo was open and roomy. My only recommendation is to have someone go through the beach locker as some of the items are very rusted and may need replacing. Otherwise excellent location. Very clean.

Awesome Property!

The stay at Salty Anchor was great very open space and very clean. Only 3 minutes drive to the beach. There was all you need for the beach, there is also bikes you can take for spin. I personally enjoy the bike ride. Also at the property it is a nice swing pool and grill to use. Recommend to stay there feels like home. Darius

Definitely renting out in the future!

Our family was extremely pleased with the condo unit that we rented in at Bradenton Beach FL. The pool was very nice and well maintained. I wish the pool was larger. It was a little small to accommodate so many guest. The storage had everything you needed. There were four bikes, cooler, noodles, a wagon, sand buckets, chairs and a easy up. Everything was extremely well taken care of. The until was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent in the future.

Out vacation was wonderful . The condo , establishment was beautiful and in a great location .

The condo is wonderful and clean . We loved how convenient it was to AMI. The parking space to the locker with all the beach chairs etc. The bikes were great too. We loved our stay and would stay again . Thank you again .
