This Stylish Lakefront Pool Home is located on a quiet cul de sac in Northwest Bradenton.

Relax in the sparkling pool or on the balcony!

The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop / range and stainless microwave and granite counters.

The 2 story home offers 3 bedrooms, one of them a spacious master suite. All baths have recently been updated. There is also a desk in the master in case you need to do some work while away from home.

The backyard is fenced to the neighbors and offers great privacy and plenty of room for your family.

Located just a few miles from the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island and a quick bike ride to Robinson's Preserve.

Fiber-Optic WIFI internet is included. Netflix app ready.

An electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival. Late notice activations not guaranteed.

House was super clean. Kitchen was very well equipped & beds were comfy. Though it was a bit cool during the few days we were there, the outdoor pool area was lovely & overlooked a small lake.. perfect for a bit of birdwatching. Location was convenient to stores, restaurants, nature preserves and within an easy drive to Holmes Beach. House access was very easy though communication with management/owner was a bit impersonal. Our booking was very last minute, however, and they were able to accommodate us in a very seamless way.

This property is amazing. The outdoor landscaping felt like a tropical paradise. The pool is huge (8’ deep). The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds does not have a tv or dresser but my teen survived. The beaches are 15-20 minutes away. (Don’t waste your time going to Bean Point where there is no parking. Cortez and Coquina beaches are just as beautiful.) The home provides a wagon, chairs, and umbrella for the beach as well as pool toys and floats. We were not able to use the grill as it was gross. I reached out to the host regarding such and got no response. I then read the contract and the host is not responsible for the grill. This home is perfect for teenagers. We would book this home again!

Family vacation

Absolutely loved the house. Very clean, the house is fully accommodated. Bring absolutely nothing. Stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes. Beach is 15 minutes of driving. Perfect, quiet, peaceful. If you need the pool to be heated reserve and pay in advance. Otherwise absolutely perfect. Miss it already. Will definitely come back

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The listing really does not do it justice. Kids loved the pool after a day at the beach. Loved the home and how easy the process was to complete. I do suggest the third bedroom should have a dresser for clothing. The youngest kids loved out of suitcases all week. Overall a great experience.

Loved staying in this home. The home was beautiful and so clean! The pool and outdoor space was great and loved the landscaping of the property. A little further from AMI than I’d wish but we knew that when we booked it and the price was way better than some of the other options. We did not have any issues with this property so we did not have to reach out to management. Would love to stay here again

Do it!

Extremely clean, comfortable, near beaches, activities and restaurants. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and bike riding. There was an abundance of towels for use as well, which made things even more convenient. You won't regret booking this place. Do it!

Lovely place not family friendly

The house and pool was very lovely!! Having beach gear for us to use was wonderful!!!! Place was clean and had everything in the kitchen you needed. Our main objection to renting it again is we had to clean the pool every single day sometimes multiple times due to bugs and the yellow flower tree in the backyard. Also there was only 1 couch in living room with the TV and with a family of 4, only room for 2 people so we were not able to sit all together and watch a movie. The bedroom with the twin beds did not have a dresser so my daughter had to live out of her suitcase for the week. Over all nice place but will not be staying there again with my family.

Perfect Location, Not So Perfect Management

Pictures don’t do this home justice! (and they may need to be updated) Location is perfect! Back yard, Pool and Patio were great and made the stay very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and decent privacy, Lake is a nice addition too. Be sure to bring toilet paper and trash bags.. The management company, Suncoast Vacations, only answers emails and with no urgency whatsoever. They have the strictest checkout requirements/procedures we have ever seen by a property management outfit- given you pay hundreds including the third party markup for someone to clean these places. Be sure to read the fine print on the rental agreement! If it weren’t for that, I would love to stay at this house again soon!

Fabulous home!

We had the best experience at this house, had everything we needed and pictures don’t do it justice! Very clean, very large, has everything we needed for the beach. The pool is huge but chilly in January, the backyard is beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet. We were a family of six and had plenty of space and amenities. The location was awesome, close to Publix and ten minutes to Anna Maria beaches. Will book again!

Fantastic private oasis

The backyard of this house is an absolute dream. A beautiful patio, lanai, furniture and huge pool overlook the river and amazing trees. We spent every second in the backyard. You won’t be disappointed in this one!

Overall a great trip! The house has A LOT to offer. Only issue was that trash was left in garage and trash in one of the bedroom drawers and the ice machine in the fridge hardly works. I also would recommend a toaster. House is in a great location and super nice backyard and pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views & relaxing pool area

We loved this house and location so much this is our second time staying. The neighborhood looks welcoming and is quiet. Tons of restaurants, stores and plazas nearby too! Pictures do absolutely no justice for the back yard. The view from the upstairs balcony is beautiful and offers great sunset views!! House is fully equipped with everything you would need - cooking utensils, plenty of towels, tons of sitting room and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Will definitely be returning in 2023.
