Welcome to Waterfall Retreat located in the Palma Sola area of North Wast Bradenton! This beautifully updated beachy home is the perfect rental for an unforgettable vacation. This home offers 2 living areas with ample seating, a beautiful screened-in heated pool/spa area, sleeps up to 8 total guests, and is in close proximity to everything you could want or need on vacation! Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are just a short drive from Publix, Target, WAWA, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When walking in through the front door you will instantly be welcomed to the open floorplan that blends the sitting room, kitchen, dining room, and living room all into one. With this floorplan, you can cook, eat, watch TV, or kick back and relax without having to leave the company of your family or guests. This property is kid friendly and offers a pack-n-play along with a highchair.

Heading to the kitchen you will be dazzled by the sleek, modern cabinetry that is accented with shiny new stainless appliances. The kitchen is the heart of the home and easily accesses both living rooms so you never miss a beat with your family and friends. Want to sit down and eat? Seating options available on the pool deck include a swinging hammock, comfy couch, 2 chairs, along with 4 sun loungers. The backyard is accessible by two screen doors located on the pool deck. The left one brings you to the BBQ, additional seating areas as well as a turf section for the kids to play. Heading out the right screen door is a long driveway available for parking.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? Bedroom 1 sits on the right side of the house and offers a king bed, smart tv, an ensuite bathroom, along with direct access to the pool area. The remaining bedrooms come with various sleeping accommodations to make it easy for any family or group to choose their rooms. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, smart tv, and Bedroom 3 offers two full beds with a smart TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
