Took a quick break with family to swim and hang out. Staff, facility, breakfast and room were great!! The pool could have been a bit warmer and we were hoping for a hot tub but overall we had a great time!!

Found the door to my room propped open when I got to the room. There was a stain in tub and on the foot stool and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. However, I got there at 10 min. to midnight and my room was still there even though they looked full.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was really clean! Hot water could have been hotter but overall a good place to stay.

The staff were not the issue. The paper thin walls and floors are. We were awaken at 2am by the people above us and it seriously sounded like a hammer being hammered on the floors. Called the front desk and she said she would call them. Just about back to sleep and it happened again. Called the front desk again the girl said she would go up and check. Husband by this time went up to the floor above us and ran into the front desk girl and she came to our room and could hear the loudness. So we got up and left. Again the staff were great just recommend staying on top floor so you are the annoying one and not the one being annoyed.

My daughter has a service dog and was told she cannot eat in the same area as us because of her service dog. That was not fair of them to do that to her. It made her feel less of a human and almost like she was the animal. How dare they treat my daughter like that. BUSINESS, PLEASE READ THE LAWS BELOW The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that food places allow service animals in public areas, even if local or state health codes prohibit animals. This includes restaurants, hotels, schools, and hospitals.  ADA requirements • Service animals must be allowed in all areas of the facility where customers are normally allowed to go  • • People with disabilities cannot be treated less favorably than other patrons  • • Businesses cannot charge service animals fees that are not charged to other patrons without animals  • • Businesses must waive any deposits or fees charged to patrons with pets for service animals  • Other considerations • Businesses should train their staff on how to accommodate patrons with service animals  • Facilities may ask to remove a service animal if it is out of control or not housebroken  • Some states have laws that require service dogs to wear identification, such as vests, collars, or leashes  Service animals in other public places  • Service animals are also allowed in stores, medical and healthcare settings, and transportation

Convenient hotel

We appreciated the location, the price, and the hot breakfast. We had fun using the pool, but it was a little too cool. We needed room for 5 in our room, but the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
