Had an issue with room keys, needed to go back to reception to have them reprogramed. Breakfast was not complimentary because we booked through expedia, third party. Kids ate free while adults were $21, it was ok. Location was excellent, they have a walking trail into town. We were on the bottom floor, so we can hear the folks upstairs walking around. Yes it was loud. When the toilet was flushed upstairs it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Yes it was loud. Overall we would stay here again, we just ask for a room upstairs."

"Beautiful property, unless they give you a room overlooking the garbage. We asked to be moved because the smell was overwhelming, which they did, but charged us for a room adjustment despite saying they wouldn’t. "

"One of our best surprises was stopping at the Oaks hotel. Had a pleasant experience. Pet friendly. A fantastic room. Very quiet. Has a little bar at the reception area and a nice hot breakfast. We were totally satisfied with every part of our trip. Stopping here. It was a last-minute decision. And next time we go back to Paso Robles we will definitely stay there. "
