The resort was probably beautiful 30 years ago. In great need of maintenance. Breakfast was bad, we had to clear the table from the previous guest. Other people just sat down and ate at a dirty table with the prior guest dirty dishes on it. 😩. A/C did not work. 👎

Quarto é espaçoso, limpo, mas estava com leve cheiro de mofo. O hotel no geral precisa de uma reforma, principalmente no parte externa e na recepção, onde os sofas estão rasgados. Me hospedei devido à sua localização, já que fui um baile de formatura ao lado. Mas nao o escolheria para hospedagem de lazer.

O quarto estava com a mobília quebrada, o Wi-Fi não funcionava tão bem, o chuveiro estava ok. A piscina só abre depois das 11h, ou seja, a manhã inteira você tem que ficar no quarto se não tiver outra coisa pra fazer, e de segunda não abre, sem motivo aparente, o café não tem nada a ver com a foto, as 9h já tinha acabado o pão de queijo e o ovo. O sofá da recepção está rasgado. O lugar não tem manutenção

Confesso que fiquei apreensiva quando vi a avaliação do hotel e pensei em desistir da reserva. Mas chegando lá, percebi que nao era ruim como falam nas avaliações aqui. Sao apartamentos tipo Flat, talvez isso influencie ma avaliação geral do hotel. Mas o Flat que fiquei era confortável. Tinha frigobar para abastecer, varanda, cama de casal e cama de solteiro, mesa com duas cadeiras, televisão, espelho, guarda roupa, pia de cozinha, pia de lavabo, banheiro e chuveiro separados, ar-condicionado. Nao me arrependi da noite que passei lá. O café da manhã com ovo frito na hora, café, sucos, frutas, pães, bolos, salgados, bolachas etc. Restaurante onde o café é servido é bem grande. A vista para o lago Paranoá é linda! Os passaros cantando de manhã são um espetáculo a parte. Nao fui na piscina mas achei bonita a vista. Fiquei sabem que tem flats que foram reformados e sao alugados pelos proprietários.

Pontos positivos: Boa localização Recepção educada Pão de queijo do café da manha muito gostoso (mas era a única coisa gostosa) Apto espaçoso. A vista do quarto é bonita. Pontos negativo: Tinha ninho de aranha no quarto, a porta do guarda roupas caiu na primeira abertura (porém consertaram.), a saboneteira do box não estava firme, não tinha local para colocar xampu e condicionador. limpeza bem superficial do quarto. No primeiro dia derramei uma gota de molho na mesinha e ela permaneceu lá nos 4 dias de hospedagem. O café da manhã é pavoroso. Salgados não eram feitos na hora. Os bolos eram farinhentos e com sabor ruim.

Péssimo atendimento

O checkin durou mais de 1h em uma fila de pé. Apenas um funcionário para fazer o atendimento. O café da manhã chegamos as 9h (terminava as 10h) e não tinha mais comida. Comemos um pão francês com manteiga. Não tinha mais nada e não foi reposto. Mesmo o hotel estando com alta ocupação. Os hospedes estavam bem chateados. Entrando no quarto não tinha informações sobre como ligar a luz e o ar-condicionado. Tive que achar o quadro de luz e ligar um disjuntor. O ar era um botão no canto do quarto sem instrução visível. Sem opção de controlar a temperatura.

O local é bem razoável, ar condicionado barulhento, o disjuntor fica dentro do quarto também barulhento. Em um dos dias o tapete do banheiro estava em cima da mala, como se não tivessem terminado de arrumar. Estávamos em três pessoas e todo dia tive que descer para pedir mais uma toalha pq trocavam, mas só deixavam duas no quarto. Falta de cuidado e atenção em coisas básicas. O café da manhã era preciso pedir reposição para que alguém saísse e visse que as coisas tinham acabado... As mesas todas sujas, ninguém limpava e se chegasse mais tarde tinha aquela barreira de messa suja na frente. Sinceramente foi o pior hotel que me hospedei. Além de caro, sem o básico.

Experiência ruim nesses três dias

Transtorno quando a bateria da fechadura descarregou não tive acesso ao meu quarto depois de um longo dia de atividades, impossibilitado de entrar ate chegada de um profissional para abrir o quarto, cerca de quase 3h de espera. Decidi ficar no quarto oferecido até resolver o problema e para minha surpresa um estranho(outro hospede) adentrou o quarto, culpa da recepção que deu o cartão de acesso de um quarto em uso. Ou seja, falta comunicação assertiva da recepção. Tive outro contratempo o vaso sanitário estava com defeito o que foi solucionado. Enfim, uma péssima experiencia, por medo do novo quarto ser invadido por outro hospede resolvi voltar para o quarto de origem, claro com muito medo da fechadura estragar novamente.

Deplorável

O hotel simplesmente é decepcionante. Logo no check in fomos surpreendidos com a entrega de um quarto sujo, cama bagunçada, camisinha usada no chão e odores fortissimos. Fomos ate a recepção e solicitamos um novo quarto. Fomos grosseiramente atendidos pelo Sr. Sebastiao que nos deu a chave de outro quarto. Subindo pela terceira vez no quarto as chaves nao abiram a porta. Desci e solicitei mais uma vez auxilio do Sr. Sebastiao que disse que eu que nao conseguia abrir a porta. Ele tentou abrir com o cartao que havia me entregado e nao abriu. Ele disfarçadamente tirou um cartao "chave mestre" do bolso e abriu a porta. Indagou que eu nao sabia abrir a porta e por isso nao abriu. Ele simplesmente deu as costas e saiu. No cafe da manhã, o mesmo senhor estava la gritando com uma funcionaria na frente dos hóspedes, nao se importando se isso causaria ou nao um constrangimento para quem estava la. Foi o pior hotel que ja fiquei em Brasilia. Sujo, equipe altamente despreparada e o "responsavel" pelo local extremamente mal educado. Nao vale a estadia nem se fosse de graça.
