The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately BRL 80 for adults and BRL 40 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 25 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 15 (one-way), (up to 18 years old)
• Covered extended parking fee: BRL 65 per day
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 110 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: BRL 55 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: BRL 55 per day

This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios, terraces which may not be suitable for children. If you have concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm they can accommodate you in a suitable room. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and outdoor lighting in each accommodation. Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
