Room was cleaned. Shared a door with the room next door and the door was locked and I had to go downstairs 2 times to ask for help with the door openning. Besides the stay was good.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was much needed since it was my first visit to Brazil. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance to tourist sites and shopping. I enjoyed my experience here. Obrigada!

Para os que pagam antecipado pelo hotels.com alerto, o hotel cobra uma taxa de serviço extra no check in. Não entendi direito o motivo, uma vez que já são cobradas taxas no momento da reserva. Ainda, esta é a primeira vez que houve cobrança extra usando o hotels.com, logo fica a informação. Quanto ao hotel, a maior parte dos atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é limpo, a cama confortável e o café da manhã é gostoso. Há uma academia com esteira, alguns equipamentos e pesos. Boa localização em frente a um shopping e perto da torre de tv. Sobre o serviço de quarto, o/a responsável pela limpeza jogou fora uma garrafa de água pela metade, que estava dentro de uma sacola e em cima de uma bancada... Algo um pouco incômodo.

A estadia não poderia ter sido melhor. Nada conhecia o hotel, mas fui surpreendido positivamente do início ao fim. Atendimento excelente. Quarto espaçoso, muito conservado e bonito. TV moderna e grande. Bom banheiro e chuveiro. Cama e travesseiros ótimos. Piscina quentinha e deliciosa. Bom café da manhã. Localização privilegiada. Valeu muito a pena. Voltarei sempre que possível e recomendo fortemente.

Ótima experiência...

A localização do hotel é muito interessante, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e ao lado de um shopping. O quarto não é muito grande, mas no tamanho ideal para um casal. A cama e os travesseiros, que pra mim são cruciais, são extremamente confortáveis. O hotel possui piscina com uma boa vista, além de academia e sauna. O café da manhã é diversificado e saboroso. Wagner e Safira foram muito gentis e solícitos no check-in e check-out. Recomendo muito a estadia no hotel.

Ótimo custo benefício

Gosto muito deste hotelnpela sua localização, atendimento e do que oferece com custo x benefício bom. Só não gostei dessa vez do ar que não gelava muito bem, mesmo o termostato estando mostrando 20 graus dava para sentir que o vento não era gelado. Fiquei no 14⁰ andar.
