The room was very clean, and the showers hot water was amazing! The staff was friendly and would let us know when breakfast was available so we wouldn’t miss it ! Robert and Destiny always had a smile on their face and greeted us when we arrived and when we left the hotel. I would definitely stay there again when we visit Brattleboro VT!!

As always, Hampton Inn are great. I think I’m reliable, super comfortable, good breakfast. What makes this location stand out was the really outstanding customer service. Everyone was so helpful and engaging and funny! Which always helps. So, we’ll definitely be back.

Everything went well except for the fact we booked a room that stated it was able to sleep 5 however when we arrived, their system had only booked for 3 people and there were no rooms capable of accommodating my family. This is likely an Expedia problem not classifying rooms correctly however I expect the hotel to honor the booking and fix their relationship with the third party provider independently rather than causing my family a worse experience.

Convenient, clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to Highway. Keys weren’t working when we returned from a long day out. TV was also not working, but luckily we were in the room for only a short time before heading out for dinner.
