It’s an easy spot to settle in between mountain adventures, with a game/theater room for evenings in and a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re mixing work and play.

Relax in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes or trails, then fire up the BBQ grill for a casual dinner. The backyard and fire pit make it simple to enjoy crisp mountain air and garden/mountain views. Inside, you’ll find TVs in every bedroom, a fireplace and balcony in the primary suite, and a convenient half bath off the kitchen. A washer and dryer are in the home for your use.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Garage and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home.

• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty at times.

• Security cameras: Two exterior cameras are on site—one at the front door monitoring the entrance and one above the driveway monitoring the driveway and garage doors. No cameras inside the home.

• Washer/dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Guests must be 25+ to book.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
