The location of the property is great, it is very close to the Quicksilver Superchair and walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. With two parking spots you do not have to worry about parking in case you have to use the car. We left our ski gear in the car which worked as a storage to avoid using the stairs with the equipment. The only negative thing was the sofa. The sofa mattress is in very poor condition, however they provided an air mattress for the stay which helped with the issue. If they can get a new sofa mattress or new sofa, that would be ideal for the guests sleeping at family room.
