Are you ready for a wonderful holiday in the mountains? Look no further. This 2-bedroom plus sleeping loft condominium sleeps eight and is just seconds away from everything that Breckenridge has to offer. Perfectly set up for two families with kids this unit has two master suites and two sets of bunk beds in the loft. NOTE: The loft is not for small children as it is accessed by ship-ladder stairs.

In the winter, step outside the building and ski down to the lifts; Grab your snowshoes and explore the mountain; or Hop on the bus and arrive at the Nordic Center, just minutes away. Note: if any member of your party cannot ski from a green (beginner) trail, walking up to the condo from the lifts will be required.

In the summer, step outside and in addition to the lifts, you will find the activity center complete with miniature golf, alpine slide, and more! Grab your bike or hiking gear and head on the peak-connect trial just steps away.

If you are interested in a day of shopping just hop on the Free shuttle (black line) that in six minutes will arrive at Main Street for a day of shopping, gallery visits, art classes, eating and more. During the summer and winter, there is also the option of taking the Gondola into town during operating hours.

After a day of activities, come inside to this clean comfortable condo filled with art by local artists. Apres skiing, grab a beach towel and one of the plastic cups provided in the unit and head to one of the hot tubs to recover from the day. Once back in the condo, pull out the cheese tray and have appetizers and a drink before venturing into the kitchen where everything is set to make a home-cooked meal served on cloth placemats, cotton napkins and Le Creuset dishes.

After dinner or with a glass of hot chocolate gather in front of the fire in the living room to watch movies, play board games, assemble a puzzle, play cards or just relax snuggled in a Peacock Alley Robe.

At the end of your evening, tuck into beds made with organic cotton sheets and comforters for a good night’s rest before heading out for another day of adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was very clean and super well stocked. Great slope views and enjoyed the hot tubs. Our kids loved playing in the snowy forest out back! For anyone who is comfortable with steep green/easy blues-this is a true ski in and out. Locker room was very convenient. The host was one of the most helpful we’ve ever had! Location at base of peak 8 was great for our crew.

Perfect location, a favorite for us!

You can't beat this location. So convenient for everyone to come and go on their schedule, stop in for lunch, and enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day watching the ski slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need. Great ski in ski out. There is no workout area anymore as described for treadmill, rower, elliptical, should be removed from overall description. Only affects those who don’t ski. But something to be aware of. Great stay!!!!

This property for skiers and snow boarders is amazing. Ski lockers are just feet from the slope on peak 8. Put on your skis and ski diwn to lift doesnt get better. The building is a little older but had everything we need. Host left plenty of goodies in the unit for us.

Well kept older property. We stayed with 2 families of 4 (boys ages 10, 11, 12, & 13). It was very comfortable. We loved the convenience of the true ski in/out with the ski locker. Our unit manager welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a homemade ornament. Coffee maker & pods as well as hot cocoa for the kids were already there. Main Street was a short drive. Very convenient. Would stay again.

Amazing location. Everything you need

Perfect for our family of 4 who don’t all leave the slopes at the same time. Space for all. Son loved the large flat screen tv in his room. Slope side hot tub fun. Robes an added joy. Communication with owner was easy with fast replies. Cozy. Pictures make it look dark but didn’t feel that way. Gas fire place was also awesome for adding coziness. Building is not super modern but that was not a problem for us. No complaints.

Perfect for ua

Family of four with two teenagers plus three teen nieces came over new years break 2024-2025. The condo was great for us. I didn’t realize there was a toilet up in the loft so that was a nice surprise. Upstairs we had four girls sleeping comfortably and three of us downstairs. The location was super convenient for skiing. And close to town. We have been burned in the past renting places with no soap or toilet paper etc but this place had everything we needed. My only complaint was that I didn’t realize the laundry was not in the condo but they had all the laundry supplies and even had a basket and quarters though the machines have an app. All in all we had a great time. Thank you!

Matt is an awesome host,. Matt is honest, kind and very flexible. My family loved this property, we take the stairs across the unit to the ski lockers and in minutes we are at the ski slope. The condo has all the dishes and utensils you need. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bunk beds in the loft were a hit with the kids. The condo even has a propane bbq grill on the patio. Due to the pandemic closures we had to move the dates around quiet a bit. Matt was super accommodating and even suggested better dates for our skii trip. He responds to your messages instantly. Which was super helpful when we were trying to figure out how things worked. Definitely recommend this property for you ski vacation in Breckenridge.
