Fantastic place to stay in Breck!

Beautiful view of the mountains out all of the windows! This place was fantastic for a min-ski vacation. The free shuttle runs hourly a short walk up the driveway from the property, dropping you at Peak 9 or Breck Station. I would highly recommend this location!

amazing views and the place is big so if you have family there ample space to have both together time and alone time. we stayed in summer so the short drive up from main street to the townhome was no big deal at all. great place would definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay. Property was clean, spacious and everything we expected. High altitude (10,000 + ft.!) and great views from the hot tub. I would recommend this to others.

Stunning views and beautiful home

You cannot beat the views of this beautifully maintained home. It was perfect for 2 families with kids. Enough space for everyone and all of the ski gear. Close to the bus stop with easy access to the ski slopes and main town. We hope to go back soon.

View = Amazing / Space great for Families

We enjoyed being a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Breck. The roads and homes in the area were beautiful to walk and drive around. If it was winter, I'd have wanted a 4WD vehicle, but in summer it wasn't an issue. The house had great space for our family of six and allowed us all to have some space as well as be together when we wanted. The master was especially spacious and the couch and desk were great spaces to relax and get a little work done. The views from the balconies were exceptional. The kitchen and bathrooms were had everything we needed. The hot tub was great as well. A couple things that would have made it even better for us, if there was a bigger TV in the main living room. It was maybe 32". There was a fantastic TV in the den but we had a kid sleeping in that room and it wasn't quite big enough for 6 to watch a movie or TV. Also, would have been nice to have some screens on a few of the mountain facing windows. With no AC, it was hard to get the house to cool down without leaving doors open but when we did that crickets and moths and a bee came in so we couldn't do that much. I know screens diminish the view so I get why they're not on the windows, but if one side had a screen we could open them and get that nice mountain breeze we would've been more comfortable. All the west facing windows absorb a lot of heat in the summer afternoons, even if it's only low 70's outside. Overall, great place and great stay and we'd feel fortunate to return!

Great Location - Very Clean

This place is terrific. Sitting above the city of Breckenridge, the views, location, ease of access, etc are nice. We had a wonderful time at this place and would gladly return again. When we had issues with the property (generally pretty minor) the management was easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

Oh that view!!!!

The view is AMAZING! But it comes with a trek up the mountain so just bring a good 4WD car. This place was beautiful! Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was my favorite part! Everything was perfect and made our trip perfect!

Fun Stay with Amazing Views

This property had plenty of space and accommodations for my group of 10. The hot tub and theater room were great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Be aware the property is located about 12-15 min from downtown Breck and sits at 10,000 elevation (above town). There are no shuttles within walking distance. The view each morning was breathtaking. Also note, our suv with ski rack did not fit in the garage.

Family Christmas

We arrived very very late on Christmas and the property management company was attentive and very helpful with getting us where we needed to go. The property is truly awesome- the pictures do NOT do it justice. The decor is not necessarily the most up to date, but once we stopped giggling about the tomato walls in the master, the coziness and beauty of the property settled in. The two living areas are warm and cozy- the second is a media room as well which was great. Bedrooms are all great sizes. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the game cabinet. We had everything we needed! And the views!!! Such stunning views as you are a good bit above the town. We had such a lovely time and there was enough space for my family of five to spread out and relax after skiing. We will be back and I highly recommend!!!

It was very clean and private. We weren't able to spend much time at the property and actually checked out sooner than expected. We didn't account for the elevation of the property. We weren't able to acclimate and struggled the whole time. I believe it would be helpful for elevation to be listed on the description since it's 1000 ft above Breckenridge.

Pictures didn’t do justice

We were really surprised at how big the condo was. I don’t think the pictures show how big and open it is. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (which is rare in summit county in my experience). We really enjoyed our stay, the only complaint I had was the rules were pretty excessive and not advertised. All in all great place to stay

The place itself was very spacious with ample beds and places to sleep (pull out couches and an extra cot type thing). The jacuzzi was spacious as well and had a beautiful view of Breckenridge Ski Area.The only downside (which really wasn't) was the drive up at night during winter. Just be aware that the roads get icy in the pass.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management at Peak Property is very accommodating and thoroughly helpful. This was the perfect place for a large group, we were able to shuttle straight to the lifts from right outside. I plan on returning here as soon as possible.

Great place!

We was surprised at the view. Hot tube was great. We had 2 foxes that came to give us a scare and a show. Foxy Loxy and Foxy Roxy! It was a great stay.
