This beautifully first-floor 3bd/3ba condo with 2 Ensuite Bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a King bed is located at the south end of Main Street. Just one block from Restaurants, Gas, Food, and Shopping. Walking distance to the base of Peak 9, where you can catch the Quicksilver Lift. This condo is also located on the Free Bus Route. Private Hot Tub with outdoor Grill on Patio. Free Cable and WIFI.

This unit has two Ensuite bedrooms with King beds and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a King bunk bed with a full bed on top, perfect for families with kids. The living room has one queen pull-out sofa.

We have games and movies for all ages.

All guests can enjoy the on site amenities - Outdoor hot tub, fitness room, steam room, sauna, game room with pool table.

Came into town for Oktoberfest. Great location to walk to town. Accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Difficult to find rooms without bunk beds - this has a bunk, but it is 3 kind beds. Roomy and comfortable.

We loved the close location of being able to walk into town! The property had lot's of space which we loved. The only issue we had is there are no numbers of the address to see where the property is from the parking lot. I would suggest putting numbers on the back side of the property so one could see the address from the parking lot. There was also an outdated key pad that didn't work which I would recommend be removed. The working key pad on the door blended in with the door and we were trying the one that didn't work for quite sometime. Thankfully a neighbor helped us out!Otherwise this property is great! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Recommend!

Our family had a fantastic summer vacation in Breckenridge. The condo was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic location! I

We loved the location. Right on the edge of the Main Strip. The condo was really well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and we liked the 3 full bathrooms. Only negative would be dim lighting in the living room so difficult to read there in the evening. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Surprisingly private for being located right at the busy intersection. The hot tub is situated so it’s not line of sight for other people. The unit has everything we needed. We been to Breck 5 times now and this was the family favorite. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Awesome condo! Great location, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen

We stayed for 5 weeks in the summer and had a great stay. I can't comment on skiing but the condo is close to the peak 9 ski lifts. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops in town and we walked to the Breckenridge rec center regularly. Condo is beautifully decorated and the beds and pillows were all comfortable. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed including bakeware, a garlic press, lemon press, lots of coffee makers. The washing machine and dryer worked great and were able to do large loads. I appreciated that dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner were readily available. There were plenty of clean towels in every bathroom and separate hot tub towels as well. The hot tub was wonderful, check-in and check out were easy and the host was very quick in response to any questions or concerns we had. The condo is located on a busy intersection and at times the noise from passing traffic was loud- that was the only thing we could say that was not 100% positive. Would gladly stay again. Our family of 4 stayed and we had our adult daughter visit for a few days. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of privacy. We did not use the pull out couches to sleep on so can't comment on that.

Best family vacation we’ve had in years.

The entire family loved our stay in Breckenridge, the location was within walking distance to downtown and the ski slopes at peak 9. We will definitely be coming back in the near future, only issue we had were the upstairs neighbors footsteps were very load, starting early morning until late at night
 Other than that we had an enjoyable and relaxing mountain retreat

The perfect getaway

Upon arriving the first thing I immediately noticed were the heated floors all around the entire space. It is such a convenience and brings that added coziness to the home. It is spacious and located within walking distance to all the spots that you would want to visit while in Breck! Will definitely be coming back here again!!

Edgerly Christmas Vacation

We needed a place that slept 8 people. My husband found this place several months before our vacation date. The owners were wonderful and corresponded so well and friendly from start to finish. The place was absolutely wonderful and roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly ask for. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any family wanting a nice place to stay. We hope to come back again next year. It was also very conveniently located to everything.

The best place to stay in Breckenridge! Our condo was wonderful. The owner provided everything we could possibly need, right down to surge protectors. It was super clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect; we could walk to town, and there was a store right across the street for anything that we needed. We all had a wonderful time

Walkable to town and the lifts

We loved our stay at Diane's place. We stayed for an entire month, and it really felt like home. The beds were comfy and the living room cozy with plenty of seating. Everything you need for cooking is provided. The hot tub was clean and serviced every week. We've been to a lot of ski towns in Colorado, and Breckenridge is by far the best. It's down to earth, has great coffee, and has great food. Highly recommend.

We had a great trip and would definitely return! We especially enjoyed the private hot tub and variety of games and puzzles for kids! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only improvement would be carpet cleaning as there is some visible wear and tear but that’s to be expected with a ski condo!
