2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Ski In – Walk To Town – Sleeps 8!

If you and your group want to be close to the slopes and close to town, this is the place! It’s just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool!

This nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to eight people. It boasts an open, comfortable living room with a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you need to keep the gang fueled up for the slopes, and there’s plenty of seating: the picnic-style table seats six, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The balcony offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. great location

Our family with 4 kids stayed here and had a great time. So nice to ski back right to the complex. Hot tub fanstatic. And we walked to town to shop and eat at night. will be coming back

Great location, budget driven compromises

Advertised hot tub not working, cheap appliances and horrible kitchen pots and pans, but as expected in this price range. Poor quality shower water control but plenty of hot water. Uncomfortable pillows and master bedroom mattress—still very common in properties in this price range. The pass to the common hot tub/pool was expired. Amazing location makes up for a lot of discomforts.

Nice property for small group

The property was comfortable and well appointed. The photos are representative. Ski in was very convenient as you take 4 O'Clock right to the back parking lot. To access the closest lift you walk up the street to the Snowflake lift. It's less than a five minute walk. The management company was highly responsive to any questions or needs. They replaced a broken lamp quickly. They were top notch.

Snowflake gem!

This unit is in a perfect location. Short walk to the snowflake lift where you can leave your ski gear. After a full day of skiing you can take the 4 O’clock back to your condo. It is also walking distance to main street and the gondola, etc. The Hot tub is the icing on the cake after a full day of skiing!

Great location, crowded unit

The apartment is minutes from the ski lift and shuttle stop, and 10 minute walk from town. The photos are fairly accurate. Issues included unclear instructions for entry (three keyed locks on door, only one works), pots and pans dirty, dining table surface tips and cannot be secured, unusable coffee table, no place for clothing in room with bunkbeds, barely room to walk around bed in room with queen, space heaters in each room made temperature control challenging, limited number pillows, parking area and driveway inadequately plowed, no equipment for clearing snow available, hot tub without water.

Great Location, minor annoyances

Location is great with about 150 yards uphill to Snowflake and ski back right to condo lot. Basics were good and condo was clean but a little worn/dated. Not a big deal though and expected. Only downside was intermittent internet and dining table top that wobbled, which I expect will get fixed easily. Overall, worked great and I’d stay here again for the location/price.

We had 4 adults and 2 small children. We all enjoyed the unit and the hot tub. We were not able to access the pool and were surprised to find no a/c, but otherwise all was fine. The e unit was clean and nice.

Location! Location! Location!

Only steps from the Snowflake lift! Don’t let the 70’s decor scare you. What do you need the condo for other then to eat and sleep! You have the added bonus of taking the 4 O’clock trail back to this condo at the end of you day of glorious skiing! The auto fireplace was nice and the Landry room was right across the hall. The hot tub was near by to sooth those aching bones! All in all, an adequate condo, that was cramped and in desperate need of updating, but you can’t beat the location!

Great Ski In Condo

Ski out wasn’t an issue either only a block to snowflake lift, you could literally ski into your apartment after a great day on the slopes. Very nice location, close to main street. Could walk everywhere needed 10/10 recommend for a trip to breckenridge

Thanksgiving 2022

This property was charming, you communicate with the Property Manager via text, always an instant reply. We had a 3 & 5 year old, we did drive to Peak 8 each day with them, but the Adults walked to Snowflake in the mornings, the run to Snowflake isn't open that time of the year so they couldn't ski back to it and then walk to the condo. They took the shuttle back, they did wear there tennis shoes to walk to Snowflake, put them in their backpacks to ski for the day, its a longer walk in ski boots. The only downside to this condo is that the bedrooms are very small and the beds were really hard, maybe a foam on top of each would make them comfortable. We all had a hard time sleeping at night. We used Avalanche Sports Ski Rental to rent our gear, they were amazing and their price was great. There is a washer and dryer room right outside the condo front door, that was so convenient, take your quarters for that. I brought detergent sheets with us and then when we were leaving realized that they had 2 small boxes of laundry detergent under the sink, they thought of everything. We had a such great holiday vacation with our family. We will definitely rent from this Management Company again, there are several condo's under their management! Thanks so much.

Great Location

The response with management team was fantastic. We all enjoyed the stay. A couple of notes
1) The shower in the 2nd bathroom dripped constantly and the Thermostats don’t seemed to work
the unit was very warm the entire weekend. Also we had to lock the dishwasher in order to stop it from beeping. We could not turn it off any other way. Great location to town and ski runs.

Conveniently located property just below the Snowflake lift. The condo was stocked and functional, but a bit dated. We also received no communication prior to check-in, but staff were friendly and helpful once we found the office. Would definitely book this location again!

Minimally equipped

This property was minimally equipped. No cleaning products to use while there. Bathrooms outdated and small. We are a family of 5. Too small for us. No place to put luggage/bags in rooms. Heat was hard to manage. Location was good. Christmas week price was not worth it.
