âœč PARKING: The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests. The Homeowners Association charges a fee for parking that varies depending on the time of year. If you would like to add parking to your stay, please let us know and we will send you a payment request for the parking permit. There are more units than parking permits available, and we will attempt to accommodate all requests for parking permits. We will promptly notify you if a parking permit is not available for your stay. If you are booking during a busy time, we recommend reaching out prior to booking to make sure there are still spaces available.

âœč WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the unit.

âœč FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, board games, and more.

âœč SKI SCHOOL: Guests can access the Peak 9 ski school without stepping foot outside via the underground garage.

Convenient and Cozy

This is the second time we have stayed at Kelly & Patrick's place and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water/pressure and everything functioned in the kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the mountains which was also nice. Your steps from downtown Breck as well as Peak 9, so no need to catch a bus or arrange transportation. There were cozy blankets to snuggle under by a great fireplace and many other nice touches around the condo.We had a little trouble with the App when we first got there, but Patrick immediately addressed it - just make sure your Bluetooth Toggle is on in the App and it works fine. Kelly was also easy to work with and more than accommodating for anything we needed. You can tell theses Hosts enjoy the hospitality industry and we highly recommend their place!

Amazing Condo and Service

This property was fantastic! It had everything we needed and was close to the lifts and Main Street. The host, Kelly, was amazing. We got stuck an extra day in Breckenridge due to bad weather and Kelly reached out and asked if we needed an extra day to stay, which we did need. The place and service was notch! We'll be back!

We had a great stay- location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street and walkable to a few short trails and parks, perfect for our toddler. Kelly was very responsive and check-in instructions were clear and easy. The pool area and game room was also a great bonus! Would stay here again!

Property was wonderful and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Great location right outside of main St. Kids loved pool and game room as well. Additionally property owner was best communicator I’ve experienced with a property.

This place was perfect. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We walked downtown every evening for dinner and there are tons of shops/activities close. We loved the pool & hot tubs. This place is a TRUE VALUE.

Great Condo!

This was a great condo! You literally take the elevator down and walk to Peak 9. You're also a very short walk to downtown Breck. The condo was very clean and well supplied. It was nice having two bathrooms - there was good water pressure, plenty of hot water and the bath towels were very plush. She even had a makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom had it's own thermostat which was nice. It was nice to flip on the fireplace after a full day of skiing. There were a couple of cons, but nothing worth mentioning. The owners were very responsive and check in was easy. We're pretty picky about where we stay and I have to say we would definitely would stay here again.

This condo is perfect ! Comfortable, convenient and clean. Easy 2-3 min walk to lifts, restaurants and Main Street. Very responsive communication from owner/ manager. Kitchen is fully equipped . Washer/dryer convenient. They thought of everything.

The hosts are excellent. The condo was very clean, with all amenities. The linen & towels were soft, not like the rough hotel ones. The location is the best! After a long day of skiing, we didn’t have to walk far, which makes a difference! I will definitely stay again!

I would like to start by saying that I am a fairly difficult grader and have traveled quite a bit in my years. My wife and her family have owned similar types of vacation rental properties before - which is a baseline for review. Most of the time, I either book a hotel or stay at a property where I am not taking on responsibility to provide a reservation. With this in mind, I’ve broken out a number of categories for the stay at this property in Breckenridge: Location (5 out of 5) You really can’t beat it. We were steps from skiing onto the slopes with an average wait of about 7 minutes. At its peak, probably 15 minutes. From there, you could walk to downtown where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. It is truly a can’t miss. Cleanliness (4 out of 5) Overall, it was a fairly clean property. I would advise paying a little more attention to little things, like cleaning the range (which once we turned on started to smell burnt due to previous use) and what looked to be dog hair on some chairs. I know that pets are not allowed, which was a key factor in our decision. Issue could have been due to previous guests carrying in hair - you just never know. Sleep Quality (3 out of 5) This was difficult for us because the bed and sheets were good - but we could honestly not fall asleep. Could be due to elevation or some other factors - drink plenty of water. It may also be due to how warm it was inside of the room. We turned the temperature down as far as it could go, but had to resort to opening the sliding glass doors to cool down the condo. Ended up working out, but still a very big struggle for the entire family. The property does have fans and humidifiers if needed. Pool, Sauna, Exercise Room (2 out of 5) This was a bit of a disappointment as these areas were packed every time. Understandably, it was a prime vacation week - but there was literally no space in any of these areas. Many had commandeered these spaces to themselves over the several days we were there, including the televisions and games. Plus, I’m not a big fan of walking through the garage to get to these areas as it was a bit of a pain. Owners/Management (5 out of 5) Kelly was great. We ran into a bit of a kerfuffle with the key going into the parking garage which was resolved in a matter of minutes. When I had questions, she responded right away. You can tell that she takes considerable pride in her ownership of the until and in making her guests feel

Best location and most organized rental!

The location is perfect for ski in ski out, or going in to town. The condo is the most organized I’ve ever been in, everything is labeled so you know what goes where. The owners were so nice. We’d come back to stay here.

This is a great condo with all the amenities you will need. The condo is upgraded, very clean and comfortable. It's close to downtown and has on-site parking. The owners were responsive and helpful, though the directions included give you all the guidance needed. will definitely stay again, Breckenridge in the Fall is beautiful!
