This beautifully renovated condo offers easy walking access to Downtown and the Gondola for Peaks 7 + 8. It has a completely new designer interior with stainless steel appliances and other updated amenities.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room hosts a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

We're just one block east of Main Street, so any destination in the Historic Town of Breckenridge is close by. Park your car during you visit and walk everywhere or utilize our free bus system to get you where you want to go.

Whether you're vacationing for winter or summer outdoor activities, this condo is ideally situated and is a comfortable place to come home to.

Like many condos in Breck, there are shared coin-operated washers and dryers in the adjacent hallway. Depending on the season, the unit has movable space heaters, fans and an AC unit to keep things warmer or cooler as needed.

Great place and great location. Everything is clean and well done. Newer appliances, Easy to get to. Manager was very nice.Plan on opening/cracking the windows when you cook as there is no real exhaust fan. You could use the box fan (in the closet) to help pull cooking fumes through.

This condo was awesome. One of the best stays in Breck, clean and had all the amenities necessary. Location was great, it was literally about 5 minutes walk to gondola and Main Street was just a street over. It was very convenient to get to the gondola in the morning and start the day skiing without worrying about parking. In the evening a quick walk to downtown and to all available restaurants in the area, again without worrying about parking. I was really impressed and I would look for this place on my next visit to Breck. Thank you to the host for providing a great place.

Location

Cute place to stay for 2 people anything more than 2 might be a little cramped. The location was perfect and was within walking distance to so much. Description of property was on point. There is an air conditioner but only for the main room. Opening windows and the ceiling fan did help. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a few step to the town of Breckenridge.

Had a wonderful time. Just being able to walk to the town was great. The condo did have everything that you needed for the kitchen. We did make many of our meals at the condo. The portable air conditioner kept the main room very cool, but the bedroom was a little hotter than I would have liked. We did use the fan to blow the cold air back to the bedroom. I will visit and stay again for sure.

Great location!Very responsive host!Well furnished & stocked kitchen!Nice bathroom! Comfortable bed!Provided a 4 rating instead of a 5 because I asked ahead of time if the unit had air-conditioning. It does, but it really only services the living room and this was not disclosed. It’s a freestanding unit that vents through the front window. It definitely keeps the living room cool, but the bedroom is quite warm on summer days. One of my family members has health issues and cannot tolerate heat well so this was a bit challenging. Adding another freestanding unit to the bedroom would solve the issue. Otherwise, great Property!

Great place to stay for a few days

The place was spotless and comfortable. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and has everything you need in the bathroom or kitchen. We were 3 adults in the apartment so we were a little squeezed with the sofa bed opened. It doesn't really matter when your first goal is to leave early and ski as much as you can. Debbie is very responsive and communicates very well. The location is very convenient: less than 10' walk to Gondola 8. The main street is 5' away. You should know you keep your ski material in the place as there is no ski locker.

Charming accommodations in the heart of Breckenridge.

Great Location-Great Unit

This condo has an absolutely great location. First, it at the same level as the parking lot, so no lugging you stuff up or down stairs. You go out the door, walk down the walkway down some steps, and you are two blocks from the gondola that takes you to either Peak 7 or 8. So you can boot up and carry your skis to the gondola. It is also just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Main street, and a short drive from the City Market grocery store. Just so convenient. The unit is quite and well stocked with what you would need in terms of the kitchen and everything. It's cozy, so it's good for 1 or 2 people. The bath and kitchen are fully remodeled, bed is comfortable. Really had a great stay

Great stay for Ski trip

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was 1 block off of Main Street and 10 mins walk to gondola with skis. I would say the unit is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Convenient that the unit is on the ground floor so no need to lug baggage up/down stairs. However, rating this 4/5 as the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Paired with the ultra-dry air (even with the humidifier) it was not the best at night. That being said, we would certainly come back but hope the owner chooses to replace soon.

Everything you need

This place is very clean and had everything we needed to cook and live for 5 days. The host is very quick to respond too. We would definitely book this place again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper, you will need a sound machine because you can hear the doors slamming and ski boots clanking as people enter and leave the complex.
