This home is a spacious four-bedroom house on two acres of private land, yet steps from the shuttle, or a 5-minute drive to Main Street on Boreas Pass. This open concept home with high ceilings has a great room surrounded by windows with views of the mountain and your private forest with lots of seating and a gas fireplace.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stormbunker. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We really appreciated how family friendly the house was - tons of games, kitchen and pantry very well stocked with anything you might need. The house is also very close to town so a short drive to the slopes and downtown area.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was as advertised - it was homey, with amazing views! Secluded but less than 5 minutes outside of town. It really was the perfect rental and we plan on staying here again.

A Great house in a Great Place

Had a lovely stay, house was only a mile from the hill, had plenty of space for our group of 11, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and a hot tub! Would definitely reccomend!

Wonderful Time at Stormbunker Paradise

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Breckinridge and staying in this home. It fit all of us comfortably, had a great place for the pack-n-play and lots of toys for the children. The adults loved the hot tub and we all enjoyed the grill and fireplace.

Great place!

We loved our stay. The cabin accommodated our two families (a total of 10) very comfortably. The views are amazing. Location is great, too. All communication was proactive and top-notch. Would definitely recommend, and even come back to stay!

Lovely stay!

I had my bachelorette trip here and it was the perfect house for our group! The views are stunning and the outdoor area was so great I love the openness of the inside layout! The communication with the property manager was confusing. I was given two different numbers and so that made hard to get in contact with them.

Family vacation

Property was great for our family on our extended weekend getaway. We had an issue with the WiFi after a power outage and the host was quick to let us know about it even before we found out ourselves. They were in constant contact with us letting us know about the resolution. Honestly, we were on the go so much, we didn't even miss it at all! We would definitely recommend.

Perfect Home for our Farley Family Fun Christmas 2022!

Beautiful home, wide-open den and kitchen, two big tables for lots of games and wonderful views of the snow-covered grounds! We had 10 family members and made tons of great memories! Downtown Breck is a quick 3 minute drive or catch the free bus at the end of the driveway and you are there. The home had all the amenities we needed and we can't wait to return!!

Family Fun

Stormbunker Paradise is in a great location. It is a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge. The shuttle drops off nearby if you want to take that instead. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cooking pans, dishes, mugs eat. The house overall is very spacious. The hot tub is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and family stayed at this location for a few nights and it was overall an amazing experience. The location is very close to the town which made everything very convenient from dining at restaurants to going to pick up groceries. Very close to the slopes. The property is very spacious and comfortable. Easy to communicate with property manager, very quick response times. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Definitely looking forward to planning another trip out here.

Best winter getaway

This property was perfect for all of our friends to be together. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own beds. The upgrades made to the home are incredible. It was so easy to communicate with the hosts and they were very timely in their responses. I could not have asked for a better home to spend quality time with my closest friends! I would definitely book again next year!

Great place tucked in the woods

Nice, big home tucked away in the woods in Breckenridge. Not a lot of traffic by the house so it stays quiet compared to the city. Ample parking spaces, even for 5 cars with all the snow. Only downside was the house stays incredibly hot, we turned off every heater in the house and it still did not cool down. Luckily there are lots of windows, but overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful house for our family during spring break

Stormbunker Paradise was an amazing find for us! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 3 adults stay during spring break. The house was great for traveling with kids. The hot tub was a major bonus - we used it every day of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with enough knives, pots/pans, and small appliances to cook most of our meals. I also appreciated that there were plastic plates and cups for my kids so I didn't have to worry about them breaking things. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the office had a great view! Check in and check out were very easy. It's clear that the owners take a lot of pride in making this a comfortable home for guests.

The property was nice. The description in the listing you need to change because there is no walking steam shower. Huge disappointment, that was a big selling point for me. Only standard walk-in showers in this house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the good-the property location is amazing-close to Main Street and everything you may need. The lot is very quiet and private. The back deck and hot tub are wonderful. The house is very well equipped and clean. We also felt very safe and secure. Lots of steps-which we knew going into the rental.And the bad-the home is in need of lots of repairs. The house has no air conditioning and you don’t need it but upon arrival-the screen doors on the main level were leaning against the glass doors. My husband attempted to put them back in the tracks but they were in such disrepair-they wouldn’t stay so there was no way to keep the doors open. We stayed in the second floor bedroom-pealing paint, broken shower door with a plastic curtain hung in the middle making it nearly unusable, closet door stuck in open position. We contacted the management company after we got home because our opinion was the repairs were known (broken glass shower door was in the garage) and either resolved or we should have been notified. Their response was because we didn’t contact while on premise-to bad. This is a very expensive property so just go in with eyes wide open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful early Christmas stay at Stormbunker Paradise for our party of 9! We felt like we had our own quiet cabin in the woods! We enjoyed sledding outside the home with owner provided sleds/toys, relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing (the heated mats on the path to the hot tub were awesome!), and cooking in the large open kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/dishes for a large group. There is a nice fireplace in the living room overlooking the Breckenridge resort - makes for a great morning coffee view! Humidifiers in each bedroom were a plus. There is a shuttle nearby, but we preferred to drive. It was a quick 5-10 minute drive to town/the Maggie at Peak 9 (closest) where we skied most days and the gondola base (takes you to Peak 8). Overall gives you the convenience of being close to town with the solitude of the mountains in a beautiful and spacious home.

Great Family vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing Colorado vacation in this property in Breckenridge. Beautiful setting surrounded by trees and trails but very close to downtown. There was plenty of space for us and my friend’s family with total of 5 kids. House came with lots of toys and games that kept the kids entertained. We cooked most of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner gave us great tips for local activities and restaurants, management company was easy to connect with and checkout was a breeze without need to strip sheets etc. We will be back, 5 ⭐️ trip!

Great house and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 7 and drove in from the North Texas area. The house was exactly like the pictures. mattresses were comfortable and all amenities were perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen and a back deck perfect for lounging around and enjoying the views. Shuttle bus is a very short walk away. Jacuzzi worked great and so did the grill. A few of the blind draw strings were broken, but we got them all open and left them that way for the duration of our stay. We have no complaints and hope to come back.
