Hosted by Great Western Lodging, this inviting retreat blends spacious vaulted architecture with warm mountain furnishings, creating the perfect home base for families and groups. The open living area features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a welcoming layout designed for gathering after a day on the slopes or trails. Step outside onto your private deck to enjoy sweeping south-facing views while soaking in your own private hot tub—an ideal way to unwind in any season. With in-unit laundry, a garage, and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout, this townhome offers both convenience and classic mountain comfort.

Guests also enjoy access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool located just behind the complex. This shared amenity provides a relaxing place to unwind after skiing or exploring Breckenridge. Please note the pool is closed from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026 and from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025 for seasonal maintenance.

Family ski trip

We took our kids to Breck for the week of Xmas for western skiing! With kids 4-10, the proximity to lessons was absolutely key! Just a one block walk. It was excellent to have the hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing.

Beautiful

Loved the check in desk lady super amazing friendly and accommodating
 house was clean and comfy only bad thing was that the jacuzzi was covered in snow as well as the patio. It was not shoveled.

Great Location

Very good location. Easy walk to chairlift and easy walk to downtown. The place was clean and plenty of extra pillows and bedding. Hot tub was great.

Great Location! Finishes could’ve been better for the price...

Our stay in Breck was great, and we could easily get to Peak 9 in a few minute’s walk from the property. The private hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Getting downtown and back was fairly seamless as well. Great location. I gave this property a 4/5 because I expected better finishes in the home for the price (i.e., the master bathroom toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, the dining room seat covers were dirty, the carpet could use a cleaning, the master bathroom hairdryer did not work). Furthermore, I would’ve expected some amenities such as coffee grounds, shampoo, and conditioner, again, for the price we payed to stay.

Old, Dirty

The garage door did not work and, even though we made several calls to get it repaired, it never was. The furniture and mattresses are tired and old. The carpet is old and stained. The toilets did not flush well (had to hold the handle down). The blow dryer did not work. I made an attempt to speak to management but they never returned my call. I physically stopped in to the Breck location and they could/would not help.

It’s a comfortable and clean unit although bed mattresses could be better especially in guest bedrooms. Everything was working and in a good condition. One issue we had was with the thermostat. It was either too cold or too hot. We could never nail the right temp. We used hot tub outside and it was fun. The hot tub is quite new and in excellent condition. It comes with a garage and one additional space in front of the garage. Very conveniently located. 5 minute walk to the ski lift and equally short walk to the Main Street.

Vice locale with a few problems

Our condo at One Breckenridge Place was perfectly situated for easy access to the Quicksilver lift, Ski School, and ski shops. Great Western Lodging is the manager. They did a superb job. Check in was easy. We needed a few items and minor maintenance during our stay, and they took care of all of them literally within a very few minutes. Although the condo is attractive and well laid out and usually comfortable, the heat was difficult to adjust throughout the unit, and the master bedroom, over the garage, was quite cold. The stove was also difficult to adjust.
