Just a short saunter to all the restaurants, shops and bars of Main St. Breck! 1 block from Carter Park mnt. biking, 2 blocks from grocery/liquor store. No better location in town!!! Cute, ground floor condo with bike and ski theme giving it a boutique-y feel. Petite, 700 sq. ft. but comfie non the less. Best value going for a walkable downtown Breckenridge stay!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This place needs some work. The place was dirty in my opinion. Grounds are dirty, cig butts all over the complex, broken bed - the Owner did offer to drive from Denver to fix it - we declined and would have thought he would have offered some sort of refund. There were two beds and one was broken. The place is very noisy! It looks like an apartment complex. I think the Owner of this unit needs to invest in some remodeling and a better cleaning company. The ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty. Overall, a very mediocre experience and would not stay again. Not up to par for Breckenridge in my opinion.
