AMENITIES – This beautifully constructed home has a spacious feel with the living area, dining area and kitchen all open to each other; providing a wonderful place for gathering and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen has a large island with a six-burner / griddle stove top, prep sink and tremendous counter space. It also has two dishwashers, microwave, double ovens, warming drawer and walk-in pantry. The media room located on the lower level provides excellent space for kids or adults to have a separate area to gather. This area provides a blue ray player with Sonos surround sound as well as in the great room. This home has three mini masters along with the main master. The upper level bunk room is a kids haven with an Xbox One that plays DVDs as well.

We really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for our family of 12. The grandkids enjoyed the “secret room” on the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the deck space and fire pit were great.

Beautiful home

Hawks Hideaway is a beautiful home. Pictures and descriptions in the listing are spot on. House was very well-stocked. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was wonderful. The bunk rooms are fine for adults as the beds are fulls or queens. The house was about a 10-15 min drive to Peak 8, where we started our ski days. There is a shuttle stop in the neighborhood but we were told by others in the neighborhood that you needed to transfer to another line to get to the gondola. We did not try it, so I can't say for sure.The management company is responsive via text and phone calls.The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars overall is the driveway. It is a winding driveway which is difficult to navigate. When we arrived, the entire driveway was a sheet of thick ice. I called the management company and they did send a plow out once I texted them pictures of the driveway. The plow was able to dig up some of the ice and we had some melting occur the next day that allowed the driveway to be easier to navigate. We got more snow while we were there, and the plow did come out to clear the driveway, but it was still difficult. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and the house itself was perfect for our group of 12.

Beautiful House

We spent a week here with a large family group over the New Year. The home was very clean and well laid out and overall we were happy with the house. There was a lot of snowfall during our stay and we had significant trouble with the driveway despite all of our vehicles being AWD/4WD as recommended. It is hard to tell from the photos but the driveway is uphill, narrow, and has a hairpin turn halfway up. There is no street parking allowed. The plowing company is required to come 'within 24 hours' of significant snowfall, which seems like a long time when you can't go anywhere. We ended up digging out 2 of our vehicles after getting stuck on the way up the driveway. The property management company was responsive to communications but not very sympathetic. More timely driveway snow removal as well as supplying guests with a few more snow shovels and some gravel would have been helpful!

Wonderful family vacation

This beautiful and accommodating home was the perfect reunion spot for our 3 generation family reunion. Spacious rooms with excellent amenities (2 laundry rooms and 2 dishwashers, for example), luxurious furnishings, spectacular views—who could ask for more? The property managers were responsive and helpful. We were all delighted with our expyhere.

Spacious beautiful home with great amenities.

The home worked great for our group. We loved the large, well equipped kitchen, large dining table (easily fit our group of 13) and large outdoor hot tub and stream shower in master. Easy access to slopes by feee bus or 5 minute drive.

Great house for large group

This was the perfect ski house for our group. The decor was perfectly “ski themes” without being tacky. Plenty of room to spread out- having en suite bathrooms in all the rooms made it so that no one felt like they had a “lesser bedroom.” The bunk rooms were adorable!

Great Place in a Great Location

Beautiful home in gorgeous Breckenridge. With 8 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room to spread out. Hiking trails into town were just a short walk away. The house had all the necessary amenities to feel like home.

We are three families that enjoy vacationing together with our adult children. This property is great for a large group. It is furnished beautifully and they have everything you need to entertain and cook for a large group. The view is spectacular!

We enjoyed house, it has everything that you need to enjoy vacation the only thing what bother us so much it’s not enough oxygen, we have to pay extra $600 to get us oxygen machine:(

Colorado Vacation

This was our family’s first trip to Colorado. We are a family of 8 and this house had more than enough space for us! Absolutely beautiful! Close to town of Breckenridge, ski lifts, easy to find home nice neighborhood felt very safe staying here. Loved that the home was kid friendly, we had a wonderful time! I would definitely rate the home at a 10!

Christmas break 2019

The house was absolutely beautiful! Location was fantastic, close to town, close to ski hills very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again! I gave the cleanliness a four star rating because it wasn’t vacuumed very well there seem to be a lot of tinsel left over from the previous people that stayed there. I would have vacuumed but I couldn’t find a vacuum! House had all supplies we needed for the kitchen with plenty of storage. One other problem we had was every once in a while there was a sewer smell they came through the house but after talking to several people ( locals) they said that happens quite regularly here it was quite unpleasant but there seem to be nothing anybody could do about it or that’s what we were told from people we spoke to. We did not call or notify the management about it. As I said before we would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you for making your Christmas vacation wonderful!
