The Space:
After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming condo that features 2 bathrooms with a loft area, and will accommodate up to 4 guests.

As you walk through the front door, relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair seating. Feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace permeating throughout the home as you unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for your group. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools where you can enjoy each other's company. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting adventure stories of your time in Breckenridge. A pull out sofa is available in the living room, for additional guests, with a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo across the hall.

Access to the private outdoor balcony is through the dining room, where you can step out and enjoy the spectacular river, forest, and mountain views -- a true one-of-a-kind Breck experience. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa on the outdoor lounge seating for 2. For a night of rest, head up the spiral staircase to the loft area, where you will see an open concept bedroom with a lovely queen-size bed. Snuggle up and relax next to each other, as you prepare and recharge for another day of fun activities and entertainment. On this floor, there is a spacious closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There are also plenty of things to do in the complex with a shared outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, community fitness center, and an outdoor pool available during your stay. There is also a shared laundry room in the complex for your washing needs.

Guest will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, a shared outdoor and indoor hot tub, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a community laundry area. You will also have access to 1 parking space in the parking garage.

The Neighborhood:
This condo has an amazing location right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Conveniently situated in the historic district, you are within walking distance of everything that Breck has to offer. Take a stroll and discover shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options all within a stone's throw away. Unlimited access to mountain adventures are all within a few minutes of this condo -- this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
From the lovely condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The BreckConnect Gondola is within a 6-minute walk, a gateway to endless skiing options. Multiple bus routes are available and will take you to all of the main attractions in Summit County. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

The condo has an in-unit washer and dryer available for guests to use, which is located upstairs in the closet. Please note, there is also a shared laundry room in the complex.

KEYCARD & PARKING PASS:

Upon check-out, please message us and confirm that the parking pass was left in the kitchen and the keycards were put back in the lockbox. Unfortunately, we are charged for our parking pass, so there is a $50 fee for each one that is not returned.

Please make sure to return the key to the lockbox, if the keys are not returned to the lockbox at check out, it is a 50$ fee.

Front Desks are available for questions related to amenities and directions around the building. The front desk cannot help with check-in, check-out, maintenance, or cleaning-related issues.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The outdoor pool and hot tub are available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests have access to the indoor facilities, including a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and sauna, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Awesome Ski in location

Perfect for family of 4, has all you need, loved the second bathroom so I did not have to share with the kids. Bus to lift easy in the morning, evening ski in highly appreciated. Recommend.

too hot

The property was well appointed but it was hot. There are no ceiling fans, which would help immensely. There were 2 floor fans which we used just in loft bedroom, but the bedroom finally cooled down with all windows and door open to get some airflow into the place about midnight. Plus, the tv would work sporadically.

Nice stay - note that price charged will be about 2% higher than quote

Overall had a good stay at this property but please note two things about booking through Local VR: 1. The amount that will be charged to your credit card will be about 1.5-2.0% higher than the "total" amount quoted here on VRBO. LocalVR mentions that this charge is to cover the credit card processing fee. Just make sure to multiply the total amount on the VRBO site by x1.02 and you'll have something close to the actual amount charged to your credit card. 2. After booking, LocalVR will require you to take photos of your US national ID and upload them to their website. If you are nervous about uploading sensitive data to the Internet, I recommend using a national ID other than your passport or drivers license (Military ID or Global Entry card is ok). Other than those two issues, the property is great and accurate to spec. Check-in/check-out was easy, as was parking. Location is excellent. Local VR was very responsive to emails on the platform.

Very convenient Breckenridge ski condo

This property is perfectly located for a ski trip to Breckenridge. Proximity to the Four O’Clock run and a ski rental place make it exceptionally convenient. Would stay again!

plusses: fun stay. great location. kids liked the spiral staircase going upstairs. kitchen was adequate and we cooked most of our meals. minuses: microwave turntable didn't turn. the upstairs shower drained real slow (may need some liquid-draino) thermostat didn't seem to respond to setting, stayed same temp whole time, we just opened window when it got stuffy. overall: fun!

Very Nice

The best feature of this property is the location. It is ideal. The property is at the base of the 4 o'clock ski run, so when you're ready for a break or are done skiing, you can ski right back to your place. When you're ready to head back up onto the mountain, either walk a few minutes to the town gondola, or take the bus to the peak 9 base. To make it even better, you are right there at the historic downtown/main street where all the shops and restaurants are. The unit was a bit smaller than I expected, I probably just didn't read the listing carefully enough. The main level bed is a murphy bed that folds down (easily) into the middle of the living room, there is no bedroom in this unit. There is a loft. So it does sleep 4 (6 with the hide-a-bed couch) but with the beds out there is no room to walk around the unit.
