The Highlands team were great communicators, I received emails/text periodically and checkin process seamless. Unlike other VRBOâs there was no offer to checkin early as I drove by no was cleaning guessing it was completed I didnât receive approval until right at 4pm. The home itself was as listed and well supplied other than cleaning/paper products so if your staying a week or more like we did you should bring supplies from home if your local. Everything in our unit worked well, when I had questions i.e. trash code(which was in the communication they sent) someone was already very quick to respond. Iâve visited hotel, resorts and VRBOâs but their hot tub was absolutely the cleanest Iâve ever experienced. Highlands hosted us for nine days we used the hot tub six of those days and each day had consistently clean, clear and not over loaded with chemicals!I give this unit a 9 of 10, the only way to improve this unit is move into Break on the slope otherwise I thought the location was fantastic as well close enough and in nature.Thanks again, we look forward to a return trip!!
