Lance's West offers a prime location, just across the street from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift, making it a perfect spot for easy access to skiing without the hefty price tag of ski-in/ski-out accommodations. If you prefer, hop on the free shuttle just outside the complex to quickly reach any of Breckenridge's base areas, or take a short walk to explore the charming shops and restaurants on Main Street. After a day on the slopes, unwind at the newly remodeled Columbine pool and hot tubs, located just behind the complex.

This second-floor condo boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with ample space for the entire family. Step inside to a large foyer with plenty of storage to unload gear after a day of adventure. Everything was better than expected, walking distance to downtown we walked down everyday! Just beautiful town! Used pool and hot tubs daily! the only thing negative was it was very dusty and someone else's clothes were in the drawers.We would come back

Good experience. Easy walk to Quicksilver, the property is split on 3 levels, the dinning and living room have some views on the mountains. The water heater tank is big enough to accommodate several warm showers (it’s worth to be noted…)

Great condo for families with small kids

We stayed here with another family (4 adults & 5 kids) and it was perfect for us! They layout was great and really all we needed since you don't spend much time inside while in CO anyway (I was worried it might feel tight but it really didn't). Easy walk to the slopes (cut through between the Marriott) and great experience overall.

It is a short walk into town or the free shuttle picks you up across the street. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. There were a few hiking trail right around the property. This was a great place to stay.

Great Condo for a Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Note that only 1 parking space available, if you have more vehicles you will need to park others across town. Check this one out, it's a great value, you'll love it!

Nice Condo

Good location, it is not a very far walk to the lifts and main street and there is a shuttle stop directly across the street for those who prefer to ride instead of walk. <1 minute walk to the hot tubs and pool. Columbine pool/hot tubs are among the best in town and a strong selling point on the Warriors Mark neighborhood for me. The condo itself is nicely furnished with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, although the mattresses on the loft could use upgrading. The windows in the loft create a strong crossflow when opened in the summer evenings. This is a very nice condo. I have been to Breckenridge 20+ times, mostly in the winter, and would definitely book this condo again.
