Lance's West offers a prime location, just across the street from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift, making it a perfect spot for easy access to skiing without the hefty price tag of ski-in/ski-out accommodations. If you prefer, hop on the free shuttle just outside the complex to quickly reach any of Breckenridge's base areas, or take a short walk to explore the charming shops and restaurants on Main Street. After a day on the slopes, unwind at the newly remodeled Columbine pool and hot tubs, located just behind the complex.
This second-floor condo boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with ample space for the entire family. Step inside to a large foyer with plenty of storage to unload gear after a day of adventure. The spacious living room features cozy seating around a fireplace, perfect for relaxation after a day on the mountain. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy beautiful views of the ski area.

All mattresses were replaced in the summer of 2021, ensuring you a restful night’s sleep.
