If you prefer, hop on the free shuttle just outside the complex to quickly reach any of Breckenridge's base areas, or take a short walk to explore the charming shops and restaurants on Main Street. After a day on the slopes, unwind at the newly remodeled Columbine pool and hot tubs, located just behind the complex.

Great Location!

Lances West is a great location with easy access to the slopes. The condo was in great condition with all the amenities we needed. When we had trouble working the TV, the management company was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond and help figure out the problem, even sending a staff person over to the condo. The only thing that was tricky is the lock on the front door - it was hard to unlock and lock. Great stay overall!

Great location and awesome communication!

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. My friends mentioned their beds weren’t as comfortable as hoped for but overall we had a great stay.

Great condo for families with small kids

We stayed here with another family (4 adults & 5 kids) and it was perfect for us! They layout was great and really all we needed since you don't spend much time inside while in CO anyway (I was worried it might feel tight but it really didn't). Easy walk to the slopes (cut through between the Marriott) and great experience overall.

Great Condo for a Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Note that only 1 parking space available, if you have more vehicles you will need to park others across town. Check this one out, it's a great value, you'll love it!

Nice Condo

Good location, it is not a very far walk to the lifts and main street and there is a shuttle stop directly across the street for those who prefer to ride instead of walk. <1 minute walk to the hot tubs and pool. Columbine pool/hot tubs are among the best in town and a strong selling point on the Warriors Mark neighborhood for me. The condo itself is nicely furnished with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, although the mattresses on the loft could use upgrading. The windows in the loft create a strong crossflow when opened in the summer evenings. This is a very nice condo. I have been to Breckenridge 20+ times, mostly in the winter, and would definitely book this condo again.
