Step outside to discover an unparalleled connection to nature, as the home backs directly onto the pristine 188-acre Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve. Unwind on your private back patio, perfect for grilling steaks, or immerse yourself in the new Bullfrog 6-person hot tub, nestled among pine trees, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surrounding landscape. In winter, enjoy a short walk to the Breckenridge Nordic Center for après-ski happy hours, or step directly outside for access to hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing trails.

We stayed at this property for 2.5 weeks with our family of 5, and it was the perfect fit! location was fantastic - very close to the bus stop for easy access to shops / activities, but still remote and peaceful feeling with beautiful trees from any window view. Great place for a getaway!

This property fit the bill for exploring Breckenridge both in it’s proximity to nature and the town. It’s so close to the bus stop but feels very secluded as it backs to the nature preserve. The property was comfortable and well equipped for a family. We would definitely stay again!
