Sawmill Creek Condominiums are located right on the Four O’clock Ski Run for great Ski-In/Shuttle-Out access in the winter or hiking & biking access in the summer! Plus, right on the bus route for a quick 5 minute ride to the Snowflake Chairlift, as well as only a block to Main Street Breckenridge, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! This unit at Sawmill Creek features a full kitchen, fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private balcony, free wireless internet, elevator access and two on-site hot tubs. This condominium has recently been professionally renovated and decorated. All bedrooms have large TV's with premium cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. Ample seating both inside and out for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle however there is free parking via breckpark.com and free bus transportation through breckfreeride.com. Most guests park their car and use the bus system. It is always free and can take even you to other nearby towns such as Frisco and Keystone. It is very reliable, runs often and delivers you and your ski gear directly to the ski-run of choice and countless locations throughout the city of Breckenridge. The location is one of the best in Breckenridge.

The condo was well stocked with pots, pans, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We were a party of 10 staying in the condo and it was great with plenty of room. However, the location was the absolute best part of this condo! It is so close to downtown and the ski lifts! I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Family Christmas Adventure

We loved the location of this property. It was perfect walking distance to main street. We had 10 people in our party so we noticed not everyone can fit in the living room some of us had to sit at the kitchen table while we hung out. Overall the place was wonderful. Definitely a perfect place to stay if your gonna spend the day on the slopes and not much time in the condo. Would Definitely book it again ,but maybe with not 10 people more like 6 .

An Ideal Stay in a Perfect Location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This apartment is in an unbeatable location—just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. We were able to walk everywhere, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and convenient.The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. It was the perfect layout for us, with a designated area for parents and kids, allowing everyone to have their own space while still being together.We also had the grandparents with us, and the elevator was an absolute lifesaver, making it easy for them to move around comfortably.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Location for Families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sawmill 312. The condo has been renovated and laid out SO well for a family! The upstairs can easily and comfortably sleep 4-5 kiddos. Ours loved their own “kid space”, and that there is a 3/4 bath upstairs was ah-mazing! The main level has 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and family room. The attention to detail with the plug ins, the light switches, accessibility of just everything you could imagine, is fantastic! We stayed here with our 78 yo grandmother and she was able to walk to town, walk to the gondola, enjoy the coffee shops and shopping. You really can’t go wrong!

Perfect Spot to Explore Downtown Breckenridge!

We only stayed one night on our way to Buena Vista but this was the perfect spot to stop and explore downtown Breckenridge. The check-in process went smoothly and the space was clean and roomy. It had a cozy, cabin feel with plenty of space to spread out. We went to the downtown area a few times and the walk was short and easy.

This was a great ski vacation for my family of six. Bedrooms were wonderful and loved that we could ski in right to the elevator, and the bus stop to get to the lifts is right by the condo. Short walk to town to go shopping. Great location!

perfect location!

This ski in was such fun! We had a short delightful walk through down for dinner and drinks and we practically skied into the elevator after our ski day! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable; kitchen was well equipped for baking and the LR was cozy and comfortable for games and a some TV down-time.

Very nice, well maintained property. Accommodated our group of 7 adults comfortably. Property description was accurate, compared to listing. Owners were very responsive and pleasant. Only one vehicle allowed per unit. You will be towed if you violate with a very short warning. Only free public overnight parking is 10-15 minutes away at airport. Would rent this property again!

Family ski trip

We made a week trip with my three teen boys, mom, sister, and two friends. The teens loved the upstairs bunk room. Having a bathroom in each bedroom made it very comfortable for our group of 8. Half our group didn’t ski, so location was great for those wanting to explore town and for those of us skiing. From the condo it was so easy to get on almost any bus and end up at a ski lift. You can catch a shuttle right in front of the condo, or cross the street and catch the shuttle to the gondola for easy peak 7 and 8 access. It was so nice to ski right back to the condo on 4 o’clock run. We even were able to ski back to the condo for lunch and then jump back on a shuttle to the lifts. We loved the location and the condo!

Perfect escape

Well appointed and cozy condo. We all loved the homey cabin feel. The location could not have been better. We could finish our days on the slopes literally skiing and we were right in town we were able to walk to all the restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

21st bday celebration

Friends and family of 8 came to Breckenridge to celebrate my sons 21st bday. We were all able to stay in this one townhome. It was comfortable, accommodating and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous trip! The home was a ski in and we would jump on a bus right out front of townhome and ride a couple of blocks to get on ski lift. The home was also located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc.

Perfect For Us

Perfect accomodations for our group of 5 women. We picked the place because of the number of beds/room configuration. The location is really convenient. We enjoyed ending our day skiing out the four o'clock run. Also easy walk to town or to bus stops for the grey and gold routes. The only items to improve is the checking communication didn't call out the room number, so it was confusing to find. Also the main room was very cold. We tried different configurations with the thermostat and having fireplace on or off, but never quite got it right. Otherwise, everything worked and having the elevator, underground parking and ski locker outside the door improved our stay. Finally, we used grocery delivery from City Market. This was a huge time saver and recommend.
