Completely remodeled with high end finishes! Do you want to be in town or next to the slopes? Why choose? Treat yourself to the best of both worlds. This Luxury Condo is ideally located at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Village at Breckenridge, at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Lift, where the mountain meets the town of Breckenridge. Beautiful views of the slopes, Ten Mile mountain range and the Blue River. Balconies on threes sides of the building and off of each bedroom. This is absolutely the most convenient location in all of Breckenridge. Watch you skiers and the children's "Village" ski school from the condo. Walk across Park Avenue and enjoy a fine Mexican meal at Mi Casa or walk a block in be in the heart of town on Main Street. In the morning, stroll across the plaza to catch Quick Silver Twin 6 pack chairlift and you are on the mountain while most are searching for parking. The Village at Breckenridge 3 bedroom 2 bath Resort Condo at the base of Peak 9.

Paid garage parking $35/nt -$50/nt, limited availability. Let us know when you book if you will need parking so we can check availability. Many guests take one of the convenient shuttles from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Breckenridge, as everything is just steps from the condo. It is a very convenient way to arrive since the condo is in town and next to the slope. A car is not needed.
-Paid day and overnight parking are also available in the Town of Breckenridge with free bus service. The bus stop is right next to the Village at Breck. Parking prices range from $15-$50/nt

Our stay was truly outstanding. The view was amazing, the condo was clean and updated, and felt like a restful mountain escape. Jeff and Sandy have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable.Our kids felt extra special. There were books, games and a basket of small toys that kept them entertained. The short walk to the slopes and/or ski school helped get them get excited for the day rather than exhausted before we even started.We would love to book again the next time we're in town.P.s. The drier for boots and gloves is incredible. A real win since the temperatures varied from warm to snowy, and gloves were especially wet at the end of the day. Like I said, they've thought of everything in this place!

The condo is in the best location. It’s right by the lift, there’s a nice brunch spot in the condo complex area, and it’s a quick walk to the Main Street. The condo was clean, has plenty of space for a group, and the kitchen has all the essentials you could need. The only amenity we used was the hot tub. There’s a nice space, games, and equipment. Jeff was responsive to messages. To check in and access keys, you download an app. You use this to access parking garage and condo.

Amazing Views, Hosts and Cleanliness

We stayed for 5 nights and were so impressed with the owner's response, cleanliness of the property --- especially all the kitchenware. The views were spectacular and got us out on the slopes at the end of the season. Try out the Nordic skiing.The extra TP, cleaning products, towels, and blankets were perfect. Lots of little instructions around the house for altitude brain (which we call had). The property was also very quiet. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you gracious hosts for answering all my questions.

Amazing location and service!

I stayed for two weeks and was incredibly happy in this condo. Location could not be better! It’s beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. All of us were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and bedding! Very, very comfortable and cozy and beyond what you would expect from a rental condo.The host were responsive with any questions I had and I would highly recommend staying here

Very close to ski lift and rentals. Beautiful, clean and spacious with wonderful views. Owners were very gracious and accomodating.

Excellent Place in Excellent Location

The condo is very nice- with great beds, bathrooms, and kitchen. The fireplace is A+. Good views of the mountains. Extremely easy access to Peak 9 (like 50 steps). Pool and hot tub access. Right at the top of Main Street. Very kind, responsive owners. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Stay

The hosts were very accommodating to our needs with babies. They were able to get us in early with the snow and we had a wonderful stay. The amenities in the building were perfect. It was also really to have room by room climate control, as I love to sleep cooler than most. Comfy beds. Great blinds. A perfect relaxing mountain get away. 10000% recommend.

Amazing place to stay

Had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful condo. A lot of rooms and great patios over looking Breckenridge. Close restaurants and shopping too great location!! Just beautiful, we will stay here again!!
